Good for an overnight stay

I stayed for one night before my early flight next day. The hotel is very close to the railway station and Pisamover to take you to the airport. Check in was good. I arrived early and my room was not ready but the staff, who were friendly and professional, stored my luggage until the room was available. The room was clean but the bathroom was a little tired. The sink was cracked and the water took a while to drain. Also, the flooring in the entry area was lifting in places. That said, the bed was very comfortable and overall the room was fine for an overnight stay. The breakfast room was clean and pleasant and there was plenty of choice.

BUDGET friendly

Take budget friendly as BUGET friendly. The staff do not look to help you in any means. There is not even a kettle provided in the budget rooms, asked for an iron and couldn’t provide. The water pressure is so poor if you turn the shower head upside down water stops coming out. It’s fine for a night or so but have your expectations managed. We stayed in other NH hotels across Italy and this has by far been the worst experience.

Great location opposite the station. If you like walking then the Pisa was a short distance walk away. Everything you need was easy reach. Lovely hotel very clean and comfortable well. Mix review for staff at reception, the male staff not as helpful, but the female staff really accommodated all our needs. Parking was easy left car in secure locked parking. Really handy to have this as parking on street was a little scary. Overall would highly recommend and will return if I am in Pisa again!

Property was well located for Pisa Centrale rail station, was clean and breakfast was good. However our room was very basic and dated. No bedside table within reach and the bathroom shower was poor

Good short stay near the train station and airport. Has 24 hour front desk and stored our luggage. Clean and had all the amenities we needed. It suited our needs as we were just passing thru the city on a quick day tour.

Beautiful foyer but that’s where it ends. Informed We could be upgraded, to a double superior: two holes in bathroom door and shower doors had broken seals, and toilet seat (although for a disabled person) was not on straight. Pay more and go elsewhere.

This hotel is literally across the road from the train station so it is perfect for travellers without transport of their own. It is a short walk from the attractions and there are cafes close by. The room was tidy and comfortable however the carpet in the hall of my level was dirty.

Functional but comfortable & close to station

Good location for Pisa Centrale railway station (literally over the road) and close to Pisa airport. Few minutes in a taxi or by shuttle train. Clean, comfortable, functional. No frills but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It’s 10 minutes by taxi to the leaning tower and other sights. No restaurant for evening meal and not much in the surrounding area for places to eat.

Superb location. Got Pisamover train from airport which took 5 mins to get to the main train station Pisa Centrale. Hotel is opposite the main train station and a couple of minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. So glad I chose the NH Pisa. Had a day in Florence which was 52 mins by direct train €16 each return.

Excellent location and great breakfast

Great location right opposite the railway station but no noise from outside thanks to excellent double glazing. Really good buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms could do with a bit of touching up. Looking a bit battered in places. But would definitely stay again.
