This 6 bedroom luxurious villa offers amazing sea views of the bay and of Naoussa town that is 25 min walk from the property and of the island of Naxos in the distance. You can also see the ancient ruins from the villa.

The view is awesome during the night with the view of hundreds of lights from the village of Naoussa and Hora of Naxos, passing boats and the moon surrounded by the twinkling lights of stars.
The villa has ground colors that blend perfectly with the surrounding natural environment.
The decoration and style of the villa is luxurious and elegant, the architecture is traditional combined with modern touches, it has unique wooden and stone details and it provides all contemporary comforts and facilities to the guests. All the rooms are designed so they have amazing views.

In detail the villa consists of a main house, with 3 bedrooms and 3 guesthouses, 6 bathrooms (+ 2 WC) and it can accommodate 12 guests.

The main house is composed by:

The upper level, with a master bedroom suite, with king size bed, en suite bathroom, a private veranda with amazing view of the sea and the pool and Jacuzzi. This bedroom has also a small fridge, kettle and espresso coffee machine.

The pool level (1st floor) with an open plan fully equipped kitchen that extends to a spacious living room and indoor dining area. A veranda with amazing sea view, laundry storage, a staff room and a WC.

The lower ground level consists of two double bedrooms, with queen size beds, both with en suite bathrooms, verandas with sea view for both bedrooms, playroom, living room with led smart TV and Play station 3.

Guesthouse Melina, with a sea view master bedroom suite, with king size bed, en suite bathroom, veranda with an amazing sea view and fully equipped kitchenette.

Guesthouse Pavlos, with a sea view master bedroom suite, with queen size bed, en suite bathroom, veranda with an amazing pool and sea view, small fridge, kettle and espresso coffee machine.

Guesthouse Honeypaul, with a double bedroom, queen size bed, en suite bathroom, veranda with sea view and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Finally, the most impressing place of this property, which is the swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace area that offers panoramic views and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. It is a perfect spot to relax having a drink admiring the Aegean Sea, the nature of the rocks and the ancient Acropolis.

Paros is located west of the island of Naxos from which is separated by a channel about eight kilometers. It is located 185 km from Piraeus and is one of the most popular islands after Mykonos and Santorini. It has an area of ​​165 square km and its size took third place in the Cyclades islands. To the west is 2 km from Antiparos. The island is famous for its beaches; Golden Beach is the largest and is located opposite the island of Naxos. Other beaches are: Pounda, Logaras, Piso Livadi, Naoussa bay, Parikia and Agia Irini. The capital, Parikia, is located in a northwestern island bay. Rental rules
The minimum stay is 1 week.
Check-in time is from 3.00 pm; Checkout time is within 10.00 am.
The rates are up to 12 persons and include daily maid service, concierge service, linen - towels change twice a week.
A Security deposit of 800 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
