AQUA, meaning the water, is an independent modern retreat of 100 sq.m., accommodating 6 guests in a spacious living area with open plan fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with en suite facilities, all on the same level. Its spacious 190 sq.m. area of private terraces, dining areas and lounge are furnished for guests every need. The 8X4 m. swimming pool, is privately situated for meditation, relaxation and enjoyment of the spectacular sunsets.

AQUA retreat lays in one level in which you enter from the parking area through a spacious terrace with dining area for 10 guests.
The main entrance leads to the living room and dining area with a spectacular sea view. The living room and dining area, amply furnished, have ceiling fan, A/C, flat TV, DVD player and HI-FI and the open space kitchen is fully equipped.
At the left there is one bedroom with double bed, en suite facilities and access to a private veranda with sea view. At the right the of living room there is a hall with closets, linen closet, washing machine which leads to two bedrooms:
one bedroom with king size bed, en suite facilities, 3 windows and access to private veranda with sea view, and the other bedroom with 2 single beds (which can be joined together if requested), en suite facilities and a view to the outdoor area.
All bedrooms offer A/C, flat TV, WiFi.
From the living room there is a dining area for 14 guests and lounge areas with stunning views to the blue Aegean and to the port of Paroikia. The private swimming pool of 8X4 metres is 5 steps below, in an area of 240 sq.m., where you may enjoy in privacy the stunning views and the romantic sunsets.
