In terms of location, there is simply no more convenient location than Sundial Lodge from which to enjoy Park City's 7300 acres of terrain. When you stay at Sundial you are at the very heart and center of the resort plaza. The property adjoins the main Red Pine gondola, houses the resort ski school, ski rentals, and ski shop, and wraps around the forum which is the hub of apres-ski activity. No "near" or "close" to the lifts as many others promise, Sundial Lodge IS the very heart and center with NO OTHER PROPERTY MORE CONVENIENT to both skiing/boarding and resort plaza amenities including apres-ski activities for adults and children alike, restaurants, shops, free concerts and more. In C006, There is a king bed in one bedroom and a twin over queen loft bed in the other bedroom. The kitchen features granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, and is stocked for you to cook meals. Living area with fireplace, door leading to your large patio, flatscreen TV with DirecTV including HBO, Showtime, DVD, sofabed, fireplace, seating at both table and bar. Relax with your extended extra large patio spring, summer and fall, while a few steps beyond are the resort pool, hot tub, and fire pit.
And as noted, immediately out the door you will find your skiing/boarding (Red Pine Gondola right out the door; heated Orange Bubble Chair just beyond), main resort ski shop, and rental (located right in Sundial, ground level with exterior entrance), ski school, restaurants (from the top-rated The Farm to the casual Umbrella Bar, to The Bistro at Canyons which features a Kosher menu), etc. In spring and summer free concerts, and the new Canyons golf course.
