Great house for a large family! Skiing was a short walk (under 5 minutes) away. The management company was very helpful with questions about the property and things to do in the area. Everyone in our group agreed that we would rent there again.

Overall it was a great spot. We didn't ski but you were steps from the base of Park City Mountain. Also very close to Main Street. House was comfortable although slightly dated. Enough room for our group and had about everything you would need. I did have to check and lock all of the windows upon arrival because many were left unlocked with no screens and with four floors that took some time. Not a great feeling for a group of girls starting a girls trip. Probably more of a note for the property management company

We were disappointed with many things with our stay at this home. The cleanliness, the communication as well as the fire place not working or the television. Then our last day, the entire kitchen sink fell through to the floor and water went everywhere. For the price and experience, it was disappointing to say the least, especially because it was a holiday with our three families traveling from far to come together and enjoy each others company. :(Positive aspects; location. The location was fantastic. Close to main St. The number of beds; it fit our three families well.The hot tub; we all enjoyed the hot tub very much.

We were here for a mountian bike trip and having a garage to put the bikes in after a day of riding was so concenient. We couldn't be happier . Nice Property

This property is fairly close to the lifts. It was just far enough that our group preferred to wear shoes to the base area and get a locker (17/day!). House was clean and well kept. Plenty of room, towels, etc. Property Manager was very easy to communicate with and responsive.

Old Town Park City townhome

We had a family wedding in town so needed a place that had 5 BR’s. This townhouse fit the bill and was walkable to town. I would say it will need a little updating in the next few years and the shades did not work so tough to get natural light in. The space and location we were overall very satisfactory.

The house was awesome and a short 2 minute walk to the lifts. Great proximity to downtown as well only 10-15 minute walk away. Very clean house and easily fit our large group. Would stay again.

Location was perfect!

Pros- Location is amazing! Even small children could walk to slopes and to town (walk back from town had me huffing and puffing but was totally manageable). Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Fireplace was wonderful. We had minor issues with batteries and it was quickly fixed. Kitchen had all we needed to make multiple meals. Cons- Lots of wear and tear. Large areas with paint coming off of ceiling, bathrooms could use updates. Overall- not luxurious but very comfortable. Great for ski trip with amazing location.

great for family stay

The house's layout -- two floors with bedrooms and bathrooms plus a separate floor with living room, dining, and kitchen areas -- was an excellent arrangement for our group of two households. A few people were concerned, ahead of time, about the lack of air conditioning, but with the cool Park City summer evenings, this turned out not to be a problem for us.

We enjoyed the property. There were 9 adults and plenty of room for us to spread out. Location was great as it was close to the mountain. Access to buses was easy as well. The property management was responsive to a couple of minor issues. Would recommend.
