Fantastic and comfortable downtown 3 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Park City condo with a large private balcony, three large bedrooms which can sleep 7 people in 5 beds, remodeled bathrooms, a wood burning fireplace, HDTV and shared communal hot tub. This updated Silvertown Condo is just two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort in the North Old Town area of Park City and is perfect for family vacations, winter ski retreats or reunions and couples traveling together.


The living room is equipped with comfortable furnishings, mountain-style décor, floor to ceiling windows, allowing for lots of natural sunlight and offers access to your private balcony with seating. The living room also has a wood burning fireplace to warm yourself during the winter season or just sit back and relax while watching your favorite film (we have a DVD library with about ~50 films) or television show on a 39" flat screen HDTV equipped with a DVD player and Comcast TV.

The kitchen has been updated with new counters, breakfast bar with seating for two (2) and appliances including a fridge, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher and stocked with pots, pans, cookware, flatware and dishes. The dining room is located just off of the kitchen and can accommodate six (6) people.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed with comfortable linens and bedding, closet, large dresser, access to your private balcony and a private en suite bathroom. The primary bathroom was recently renovated and features walk-in oversized shower with stone tiling and two shower heads, extra long counter with hardwood cabinetry and new lighting fixtures. The First Guest Bedroom features a queen-size bed with a large closet and dresser for storage. The Second Guest bedroom has three (3) twin beds and a large bedroom dresser and closet for all you storage needs. The second bathroom was also recently renovated in the same style and features a bathtub and shower, new counter with vanity and hardwood cabinetry and modern lighting fixtures.

Across the street is a convenience store and two blocks away you’ll find a Fresh-Market Grocery store and Starbucks Coffee. Jump on the free Park City Transit shuttle and the ride to Deer Valley Resort or Canyons Resort, which are only a quick 10 minute ride.

Convenient to lifts and shopping

We were 6 adults in the 3 bedroom condo. Being on the first floor, hot tub across the path and close to the parking were all ultra convenient. We made our meals every night. Plenty of dishes and pots. The cooking utensils were cheap - missed a respectable spatula and ANY potholders. We had everything we needed, but quality of cooking supplies only good. Mattresses were all soft, but plenty of blankets and pillows. We enjoyed our stay and the location was good.

Positives - Location, linens and bedding were plush and the queen beds were comfortable. I-Trip replaced the pots/pans and cooking utensils the first night due to the issues stated below. They were also responsive with questions. Issues - All 3 single beds were 4 inch mattresses with no support - (you feel the springs compress to the frame). Also, the pots and pans were worn so the teflon appeared grayish white and plastic cooking utensils had bubbled and plastic was peeling. It did not appear safe for use.

My 2 teenage sons and I came for a 5 day ski trip. Very convenient location about 1/2 mile from mountain base. Also has a bus stop right out front and 2 blocks to grocery store. Overall the condo is dated and needs new furniture. But we are not picky and found it comfortable and sufficient for our needs. Property Mgmt Company was very responsive and helpful. Bummed that the hot tub was already closed in early April, and there was no view whatsoever due to construction right outside. But overall a good stay at a decent price if you are not picky about furnishings.

Excellent Stay in Park City

The place comes as advertised. It was cozy, well located between various mountains and the town, management was easy to get it touch with, and the stay was great. Yes, at time you can hear the neighbors above put that is condo life. I would recommend this place to any of my friends visiting PC.

Great ski condo

Had 7 people renting this for 6 nights. Great location, 8 minute walk to base resort. Bus stops right outside condo and a nice 10-15 minute walk to Main Street if not taking bus. Fresh Market 4 minute walk. Kitchen well appointed and hot tub was great.

We loved our stay at this beautiful 3 bedroom property. Perfectly located, lovely kitchen, wonderful to have the washer and dryer. Loved the nightly hot tub and the fantastic people we met there. We had previously stayed in this same complex, so we knew it would be great.

Short walk to lifts/town

Property is maybe 500 yds to the lift and a short walk to downtown. So great location for not having to drive. Excellent communication with owners. We arrived a little early and the condo was already clean so they let us check in a an hour early!! Hot tub is right across the hall, very convenient! It is an older property that has been updated. Enough space for 3 Adults and 3 teens. There is new construction just starting directly behind the condo. It did not bother us because we were there for a 3 day weekend, and skied every day. Overall a good value.

Place is just like it looks in photos. Got good answers back to all questions in a timely manner. Missing a few amenities in the kitchen supplies category and music system, but other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Clean property and great location

The property was easy to find and was close to a variety of amenities, some of which were in walking distance or a quick trip on the free transit which runs all day and late into the evening. There is a bus stop directly in front of the property and we used the transit bus every day and was very happy with it! Easy to use and there is an app you can download to track the buses and know exactly when they will show up. The condo was clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed. On our visit, the condo unit was quiet and we rarely heard any noise from the neighboring units. We would definitely stay here again if we visited Park City again!

Great location, value for money

My friends and i stayed here and really enjoyed it. It's on the first floor, which made getting in and out super easy. The free shuttle stops right outside for both the lifts and downtown, so it was very easy to get around. Didn't need the rental van at all. The condo was the perfect size for 6 people. Since we were couples and singles, the having both queen beds and twin beds ensured everyone was comfortable. I was initially worried the living room was going to feel crowded with so many of us, but that was not the case. The hot tub across the way was also nice after a long day of skiing. I also found this considerably cheaper than other places. When i return to Park City, I'll gladly stay here again.

Great stay!

My friends and I had a really nice stay at this property - the location is super convenient, right across from Park City mountain and just a short ride to Main St. Check in was seamless, even with us getting in late at night. Hot tub right across from the unit was a nice plus. Would stay here again!

The condo was as expected from the pictures, nice bathroom and kitchen, beds just ok. Great location to the bus stop, you are able to walk to locations for dinner and shopping, but half mile at minimum. Overall, great stay and fair for the price.
