My husband and I opted to stay here very last minute to celebrate our anniversary. It is within 25 minutes of our house, has a pool, and good reviews. Check in was fine. Nothing special. Friendly person at the counter but just average. Beautiful, clean, room and property. Starbucks barista in the market great. Pool: It’s laughable that this resort is employing the 2 people we encountered. They are absolutely useless, they’re getting paid to play on their phones and ignore guests. As we were walking to the pool door, the kid “working” the pool door was standing there with his AirPods in. When my son tried to open the door, he pushed twice hard and was unable to open it. I was fumbling through my stuff for the key as I realized we needed it. Instead of opening the door for us, he points to the key card pad and says, “you need a key.” Instead of opening the door, he just watched me fumble for my key until I finally found it and opened it myself. The girl who acts as “pool service” didn’t once greet us or check to see if we wanted anything. Instead, she sat at her podium staring at her phone for the duration of the time we were there. Alcohol is not served or allowed at their pool. A cocktail would have been nice while enjoying the pool and sun, but don’t bother, not allowed. We weren’t looking for a Vegas experience so Instead we chose the nearby Black Rock, but should have taken our business elsewhere.

The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom suite was huge! We enjoyed the space, cleanliness and amenities. Quick 10 minute drive into Park City. The hot tub was perfect and our shuttle driver was wonderful. Construction outside was a negative, but didn’t hinder our stay at all.

Overall, we had a really nice stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was lovely. Nice pool and workout room. The restaurant was great. We were there in Summer so it seemed short-staffed at times. At check-in we realized our AC didn’t work (each room had its own mini-split which seems crazy.) The guy at the front desk tried to find us a room with one that worked and ended up having to upgrade us to a suite. It was very kind of him. I would hesitate to book in summer again though because it’s an important amenity for me.

I like the staff at the reception, they were friendly, the room was clean, location is good! I just wished the view of my was a bit better. I think once the construction is over is going to be better, but overall it was a plasent stay.
