100 Yards to Lift! Silver King, Pool and Hot Tub

This fully renovated Silver King 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo is located at the foot of Park City Mountain Resort and has beautiful mountain views. The upgraded kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances makes it a joy to stay home with family and friends. A large and comfortable living and dining area is warmed by a wood fireplace and features a brand new 55" flat screen TV and a Bose Bluetooth stereo system.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and a flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller and has an extra long twin over queen bunk bed. It also has a large dresser for storage and space to hang clothes (there is additional storage in the foyer closet, if needed) . There is also a pull-out couch in the living room so you can sleep up to 7 people.

There is a private hot-tub inside the condo with doors that can be closed to separate it from the bedrooms. In addition, a pool table, game room, public hot tub, sauna and gym are all available within the building, or take a dip in the year round indoor-outdoor heated pool.

After skiing or boarding, head over to Old Town Park City, a historic mining town with many shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. Three minutes by car will take you into the heart of the town, or hop on the free Park City shuttle bus that stops outside your door! There is heated underground parking for your car (max 2 spaces), but the shuttle is so convenient, you may never use the car.

First the good…. Amazing location, great responsive host, clean and well stocked unit. Wood fireplace is nice. The unit is steps from the pool, hot tub, sauna and gym for the building. Ski lockers in the building are convenient, locks are provided. The main Park City lifts are less than 100 yards away. Old Park City with restaurants is an easy 15-20 minute walk. The unexpected, which is not the hosts fault. The unit is weirdly designed. While it would be great for a family, for two couples looking for a romantic ski week I would not recommend it. The second bedroom is very, very small. The bunk is a queen on the bottom, pushed against a wall, with little space and no closet. The bathroom for that bedroom is across the unit by the front door and is very small. Other people have mentioned noise, from outside and the hot tub. We had no problem with noise. But the only windows are in the small bedroom and the hot tub room. The main bedroom, living area and kitchen have no windows. Kind of a bummer not seeing any mountains or sun apres ski. Again, great host, bad architect!

The unit was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. However, it advertised both a communal pool table and a weight rack in the gym which my teenage son was excited about. Neither of those amenities were available. The unit was super noisy. It was right on the parking lot and so at 2 AM when the snow plows would be working in the parking lot all we would hear was incessant beeping. Also, the heat was super loud which made sleeping a bit challenging. Additionally, because it is on an outside wall, the condensation in the bedrooms brought in a fair amount of water. When we brought this up with the main desk, they said it wasn’t their issue because it wasn’t their unit. We also felt that for the money that we spent on the unit, the linens and pillows could have been upgraded a bit.

Great location, clean space

The location of this property could not have been better! The space was clean and the communication with property management was excellent. My only complaint is that there is very little opportunity for natural light due to the placement of the windows, so it is very dark even during the day. The hot tub area is also a waste of space in my opinion and is bothersome when trying to go to sleep at night. But, overall it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.

Good option for families near lifts

Location was ideal (football field from the slopes). 2/2 condo was in good and clean condition. Unit included in an indoor hot tub. Common area hot tub is indoor. Heated pool is indoor and outdoor.

Super Convenient

Steps away from slopes! Hot tub in room and community pool/hot tub. Bus stop in front lobby! The ski lockers in the location were full but we valet checked them with Jackson Base Camp (awesome rentals) so it did not matter. The parking under the condo is great for keeping the car ice/snow free. If arriving late after front desk closes coordinate early. I had to wait 30 min for the after hours person to actually pick up. A bit nervous at 1:00am

Super location for the slopes!

We loved the private hot tub and washer/dryer in the unit. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. The owner left plenty supplies in the kitchen. We like to cook to avoid high restaurant prices. Quick February Ski Trip

Nice location with only a short walk to the main lifts. Free Bus transportation just outside the front door takes you almost everywhere! Property has an in-unit Hot Tub which is nice after a days' skiing. The property is nice. It could use some updating and added features to really make it a premium spot. That said, you'll be comfortable.

The property is great just across the parking lot from the lifts at PC. There's a bus stop out of the front door with a quick 10 min ride to old town. Everything was easy. Beds were very comfortable.

Cozy & Convenient

It was our first time staying in Park City. So glad we stayed here because it was a close drive to the restaurants and shopping. The underground parking was a plus because it snowed a lot during our stay. Our daughters were able to just play with the snow right outside. The condo was cozy and the hot tub was nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed. Trashbags, papertowels and soaps were provided. All the kitchen appliances were clean. The washer and dryer was useful as well. The floors just needed some cleaning because the towels were black when I wiped the floors by the hot tub area. Thankful for the extra portable heater, extra blankets, extra towels and toiletries. I suggest a new sectional sofa. But the big dining table made up for it. I would definitely stay here again and we cant wait to go back. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable! Super convenient to Park City lifts

We had a great stay at the condo - fit our family of 6 perfectly. Pictures are true to what you will get. It's an easy walk to the slopes from here even with your gear. The kids also loved the pool, which is heated and indoor/outdoor even in the winter. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect PCMR Stay

If you’re looking to ski Park City Mountain Resort you should definitely stay at the Silver King. 1 block walk to the base lifts, shuttle to main directly in front, and the hot tub was so nice to soak in after skiing all day. Will definitely rebook here if coming back to Utah in the future. The property manager and owner were very responsive and made everything very convenient!

Ski Vacation

First time in Park City and the accommodations and location were perfect! The condo is laid out great for families with bunks and a king bed along with a pull out. The bonus of having our own hot tub and a shared hot tub was fantastic. Underground parking and easy check in. Loved our ski trip and look forward to being back next year!!!!!

We just returned from our stay at the Silver King condo. It is very convenient to Park City Village, and the ski slopes. We had great weather and plenty of snow while we were there, and will definitely be back at some point.

Great location, well equipped and comfy

Very much enjoyed our visit. 3 adults and 2 adult kids. Great sleeping arrangements for our group. Agree with others hot tub in room isn’t the best use of space with the community one so close but wasn’t a problem.

Location, location, location!

Good features and location was perfect. Doors are directly out the door on end of hall/same level with unit. Free bus stop out front. Takes you right to main for shopping/dining. Easy checkin and unit has everything you need. Would recommend and will stay again.

Amazing ski getaway

We had a wonderful time for a quick ski trip at Park City. The condo is clean, well kept up and convenient to the ski hill and bus stop for downtown. The coffee maker stopped working while we were there and the property manager brought us a new one for the next morning. We are already planning a return trip!

Great Place To Stay!

My family has stayed at the Silver King many times and Larry with Red Sky Resorts is super helpful. Check in/out was super easy. Parking garage and outside parking covered all our needs. Walking distance from groceries and alpine slides. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you.

Everything you would want for your family skiing PC

Perfect location, great amenities, well-stocked kitchen. Love the hot tub, proximity to pool, lockers, mountain & ski school. Walkable to all. The owners thought of everything, from extra blankets to kitchen supplies to heater to extra towels. We loved our stay at 318 Silver King! Perfect for a family of 4. Did I mention the in-condo hot tub?! :)

Everything thought of

I can't think of anything negative to say about this property. Easy check in process. Easy communication with manager. Ski in and out. Close to free bus transportation. Parking provided which I did not use. Clean unit. Well stocked with everything we needed. Washer drier, free internet, free streaming media services and wide channel selection on TVs, hot tub in the unit, lots of towels. Fire place was nice. All appliances in the unit worked. 2 full baths are so convenient. Provided 2 locks for ski lockers. I could go on and on but our family really loved this unit and can tell the owner has really thought of creating a nice place to stay for guests. Usually other properties we stay at there is something missing or could be improved but it is not the case with this property.
