Fantastic apartment and location. The bedroom layout was a bit weird with the main/ master bedroom being open in the void area and only being able to close off with curtains. If guests in the bedroom that has a door wanted to use the bathroom on that level they would have to go through a very small door opening or go through the master room curtains. That said, there is another bathroom down stairs. Check in was easy with good communication from the owner.We loved the cool vibe, the large spaces, laundry/ washing machine available, but the location was the biggest thing we loved. We will definitely book this apartment again.

Awesome location, great for a family

First, the location. This apartment could not have been located any better to the city center. Everything was very close by. The decor was very art deco creating a very nice ambience. The bedroom layout was very accommodating for a family. Probably not private enough for couples or friends. The only negative was a lack of hot water on the last night and morning of departure. Not sure if this was due to something in the apartment or work being done on the street outside.

Perfect in Paris

Our stay in this beautiful apartment for 6 nights was perfect. It had everything and more than we expected. Nicolas was great with communication and we were greeted by the lovely Sandrine upon arrival. The location in st Germain was ideal for us getting around and many of the sights walking distance. Highly recommend for couple or family. We will be back, thanks Nicolas.

My family and I stayed in this this beautiful apartment and spent 5 magical days in Paris! Nicolas was very prompt with communication. Location was perfect! The additional Christmas decorations really added a special touch to our experience. We would highly recommend a stay!

The perfect place

The place was very clean and appears just as the photos portray. The location is ideal! Nestled in the center of so much and yet a quiet place to sleep. The ambiance of the whole place was really fun and unique. The communication with property management was prompt, and we had everything we needed.

The apartment is in an awesome location and we enjoyed our stay. We found it to be very quiet and so convenient for so many things we wanted to do. Would definitely recommend! The bedrooms were not exactly what we expected but we were able to work it out!

This apartment is a perfect location to explore Paris! Everything we needed was available. It was a hot weekend and the apartment had a little air conditioning unit which was lovely.

Great location / property management is great

Well worth the price. Location is amazing. Size fit my larger family with children and two adults. No AC but the place stayed cool until the temp hit around 90+. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Property manager was immediately responsive and helpful. we managed to communicate even though I don’t speak French and she didn’t speak English. Will absolutely stay again when we return.

A Place of Quiet Calm

Pre arrival communication with Nicolas was excellent. After a trying delay with the Metro due to work on the lines, we arrived and were greeted by Sandrine. She let us into the courtyard and over to the VRBO. After showing us how everything worked, she left us to unpack and settle in for the evening. To our great surprise and delight, there was bottled water and juice in the fridge and an expresso maker complete with pods. A well stocked kitchen and these types of extras are one of the many reasons for this Five stars review. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with soaps, lotions, shampoo and towels. This is a tri level with stairs, so be if you have trouble with a few steps, this may not be the place for you. The pictures are very accurate, but do not indicate just how quiet this place is. Separated from the street by a lovely courtyard and door, it was really nice to sit outside on the benches and enjoy the evenings. There are coffee shops, pastry shops and delightful places to eat all around the area. it is located just across from the Louvre and down the street from the Muse d Orsay. We did spend one day walking to the Eiffel Tower and back While enjoyable, it was a bit of a walk and when we returned to that area we used the Metro. Another interesting feature of this apartment was that it was very well decorated with several really cool lamps that were commented on by our group. In short, we were very happy with Quartier de la Monnaie.

Lovely Location!

This is a lovely location and the apartment is very spacious in by Paris standards. If you are a light sleeper or are not a family traveling together, i.e., friends, you should be aware that if you do not have the only bedroom with walls and a door, the other top floor bedroom uses curtains on each side for privacy. The apartment is located in between two busy streets. The street behind the apartment has a pub and very loud with drunk people going back and forth til the early hours. With that said, anyone in the “bedroom” area with the curtains or on the pull out couch downstairs, will not get a good night sleep. It’s very well appointed and we had a wonderful stay. The location can’t be beat!

Perfect Paris Location!

I’ve visited Paris a number of times but this place takes the cake! There’s so much room and the location couldn’t have been better. Quiet yet in the centre of all the action! Will definitely be back.
