Bonjour Très mauvaise expérience avec hotels.com. Nous avons trouvé une salle de bain inondée une serviette au sol (quelqu'un avait peut-etre essayé de nettoyer...) mais le pire cest la douche je suppose des remontées d'égout ( quelques photos témoigneront) avec des odeurs tres nauséabonde. On nous a bien proposé de changer de chambres dans un autre hotel mais le temps nous était compté.a ce moment là. J'ai préféré éponger et nettoyer la douche plutôt que d'être en retard à mon rendez-vous. A ma demande WS m'a remboursé la somme de 69.41€ et j'attend maintenant que vous me remboursiez le reste de mon séjour qui n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Je souhaite vivement que vous preniez en compte ma demande. Cordialement

Organisation médiocre / super quartier

Impossible d’accéder à l’immeuble car je n’avais pas reçu les codes d’accès ni Sur l’application ni par sms J Ai du appeler pendant 30 mns dans le froid pour qu’on me les dicte au tel Lit moyen couette super fine Salle de bain minuscule Tv sans toutes les chaînes Calme J’ai habité dans cette rue 15 ans donc j’adore ce quartier mais je ne sais pas encore si je reviendrai car mon avis est mitigé
