Bonjour TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience avec hotels.com. Nous avons trouvĂ© une salle de bain inondĂ©e une serviette au sol (quelqu'un avait peut-etre essayĂ© de nettoyer...) mais le pire cest la douche je suppose des remontĂ©es d'Ă©gout ( quelques photos tĂ©moigneront) avec des odeurs tres nausĂ©abonde. On nous a bien proposĂ© de changer de chambres dans un autre hotel mais le temps nous Ă©tait comptĂ©.a ce moment lĂ . J'ai prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© Ă©ponger et nettoyer la douche plutĂŽt que d'ĂȘtre en retard Ă  mon rendez-vous. A ma demande WS m'a remboursĂ© la somme de 69.41€ et j'attend maintenant que vous me remboursiez le reste de mon sĂ©jour qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes. Je souhaite vivement que vous preniez en compte ma demande. Cordialement

Impossible d’accĂ©der Ă  l’immeuble car je n’avais pas reçu les codes d’accĂšs ni Sur l’application ni par sms J Ai du appeler pendant 30 mns dans le froid pour qu’on me les dicte au tel Lit moyen couette super fine Salle de bain minuscule Tv sans toutes les chaĂźnes Calme J’ai habitĂ© dans cette rue 15 ans donc j’adore ce quartier mais je ne sais pas encore si je reviendrai car mon avis est mitigĂ©
