- A double bed and a single sofa bed

- A fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven...)

- A shower room with a toilet

- Internet via fiber



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.

My accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the famous department stores': BHV.

and 1 minute from the big supermarket Monoprix (5 rue des Haudriettes)



Nearest tourist sites and museums:

- Notre Dame de Paris (1km)

- Louvre Museum (1,5km)

My flat is very well served by public transport, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur or the Arc de Triomphe.



I advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small typically Parisian shops.
