Superb air-conditioned flat of 25m2 , 2nd no elevator which includes :
- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 living room with a very comfortable sofa bed and Smart television
- 1 dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs
- A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven...
- A shower room with toilet.
- Internet via fibre
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

My accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the famous department stores': BHV.
and 1 minute from the big supermarket Monoprix (5 rue des Haudriettes)

- Notre Dame de Paris (1km)
- Louvre Museum (1,5km)

My flat is very well served by public transport, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur or the Arc de Triomphe.
I advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small typically Parisian shops.
