Staff was not understanding to explain breakfast and having a ticket to eat, had many calls and emails about giving them my credit card number ahead of time, even when Hotel.com says do NOT give it to them I was told they were canceling my reservation if I didn't give them a card number. Then we had to pay for a second room because they didn't have the size room for the number of guests we reserved for. It was a clean facility and rooms were nice.

The hotel is clean and refurbished. Great location for visiting Disney with a bus stop right outside. Room was freezing and a breeze came in from the vents above the door. We asked for a heater but was told there were none left. Despite putting our air con on 30 and hot it was didn’t make a difference. There was also no hot water past 10pm so we couldn’t shower or bathe after a busy day at Disney! Rooms aren’t cleaned during your stay and we had to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. Hotel was ok for the price we paid but not sure we’d return based on the room amenities
