A taste of real Paris

Loved the area - real Parisians live here, close to Canal Martin - a little gritty. Close to Metro for excursions to the center - did Pompidou and a couple of churches. But the real draw is the park, canal, and diversity. The flat has everything a solo traveler or couple could need - and is functional vs. luxurious. The manager quickly answered my dumb questions about the stove and entry lock - over WhatsApp. There were restaurant recommendations - even more local suggestions would be appreciated.
