Post was slow to respond, they weren’t directions in English to operate the stove or room heaters despite the host trying to help me with that after a delayed response I couldn’t cook for the two days that I was there and was cold both nights. He did send me instructions, but they were in French and I couldn’t figure them out other than that. The apartment was fine in a great location. This all could be made easier with some simple language translations left in the flat

Good location. Suitable for 2

Good location close to metro. Disappointed with beds. The pull out couch was so uncomfortable we had to go out and buy an inflatable mattress to sleep on the floor! The double bed in the bedroom was ok. Also not enough cutlery in the kitchen.

Cozy place

The hostess was very helpful anytime I needed something. It is a smaller cozy apartment, 3 rooms total. I would like to suggest that their might be instructions for apartment amenities. We're from the US and it took us some time to figure out everything. Not the hostess fault at all, but would have been appreciated. Everything's so different from what we're used to.

I only stayed one night

I wrote a separate response. The unit was beautiful. The building was not. The neighborhood was not where i wanted to stay in Paris. I only stayed at the apartment 1 night. I returned the key to the lockbox and never returned. I rated the unit a 3/5.

Chaise et portes placard cassées, canapé-lit inutilisable pour adultes, hygiène du linge de maison douteuse, draps usés et déchirés, plaid sur lit taché, radiateurs pas efficaces, couettes trop fines pour l’hiver. Pour ces raisons nous avons dû écourté notre séjour avec demande de remboursement refusée par le propriétaire.

L'hôte m'a founi une multitudes d'informations en même temps que de nombreuses photos.Appartement au calme car loin de la rue (l'isolation entre les appartements et la cage d'escalier n'est pas bonne, mais l'immeuble n'est pas récent...). Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé

Nous n'avons eu aucun problème. L'appartement est tel qu'indiqué dans l'annonce. Tout était très propre, une belle grandeur. Tout autour est proche: magasin, épicerie, métro, RER, parc de la villette. Hugues , le proprio, facile à joindre et pour l'arrivée, toput est très bien expliqué par Hugues avec différents documents et photos. Vraiment simple. Appartement à conseillé à Paris

Très bon séjour

L'appart est idéalement situé tout près du métro et son espace est très agréable à vivre à 4 personnes. La procédure d'entrée est très précise et Hugues est super réactif ! A noter que nos ados (15 et 12 ans) ont dormi sur le canapé lit du salon et que le matelas était un peu juste pour leurs poids (38 et 52 kg) ;-) Nous recommandons ce logement !

Parfait !

Magnifique hôte a l’écoute de mes demandes, disponibles rapidement sans soucis . J’ai pris une seule nuit dans cette appartement , très propre , chaleureux, un espace agréable pour y passer un séjour à Paris , Netflix compris appartement identique au photo et facile d’y accéder grâce au transport . Je recommande fortement le logement pour y passer une ou plusieurs nuits

Proche métro pour visiter Paris

Appartement bien agencé, propre, calme, à 1 min à pieds du métro. Le seul point négatif de cet appartement est le couchage du canapé lit qui n'est pas en adéquation avec le reste de l'appartement au niveau du confort.
