Overall, we liked the property. There are issues with their electronic key system. It is finicky. We were not the only ones that have issues. Especially after it rained, when the sensor had condensation underneath it, we definitely struggled to gain access. Our air conditioning did not work for several days of our trip, and every day they assured us that it would be fixed. On the third or fourth day, it was finally fixed. We were also awoken by the fire alarm three times in one night erroneously. When I notified them of the issue the next morning, after a very tiresome night, they told us they would deal with the issue. They just removed the smoke detector. Unscrewed it from the ceiling and did not replace it.

Amazing apartment in Paris

I can’t say enough of good things of this apartment . I loved that all the doors open scanning a code. I felt very safe. The rooms are clean with so many amenities. The balcony made our entire trip. My girls loved taking pictures on it. The view is amazing. I 100% would stay here again and recommend to others . We were sad to leave!

Great place to stay within a mile of the Eiffel Tower. There was a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. The beds were really comfortable. We were in Paris for 5 days, so it was great to be able to unpack and not have to move around. The taxi queuing was a block away and there were several restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

This is a terrific property right in the heart of all the action in Paris and within walking distance of many must see sights such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Orsay Museum and many more. Highly recommend staying at My Maison!

Location was good and stay was excellent overall. No shower gel and shampoo provided, area around the luggage room had a terrible smell. Despite this, apartment itself was wonderful and location perfect. We had a great stay, my 10 year old loved opening the windows every day to the sight of the Eiffel tower. Would definitely stay again.

It was great staying at the place—close to many tourist attractions and restaurants. Afterward, we stayed at a five-star hotel near Concorde that cost three times more per night for four nights, but my family actually preferred My Maison in Paris. We will definitely be back

Lovely apartment but a few niggles

The apartment is lovely but, if you’re using the pull out bed in the sitting room,there is far too much furniture so it does require some shifting about of tables and chairs. The area is really lovely with everything you need within a short walk. You can easily access the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysee etc on foot and, for the most part, it’s a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen area is very small but the main bedroom is spacious with good linen and comfy bed. We had issues accessing the apartment as we hadn’t received our entry QR codes. This took about 3 phone calls and15 minutes or so to sort on arrival, which wasn’t ideal. Our main issue was that the air conditioning is not activated until the end of April and we stayed at the beginning of April. The apartment was 25 degrees when we arrived and we were lucky enough to have hot weather so the apartment was just too hot. We had to sleep with all the windows wide open and really didn’t sleep well while we were there. Welcome amenities are very basic - just some coffee pods and herbal tea bags. For the area and cost this could be enhanced. The apartment was clean but we didn’t have any shampoo the whole time - despite requesting some and there was only a small volume of shower gel when we arrived - it enough for 3 people for 3 nights. This was replenished on request but we should not have had to ask.

Nearby a fresh market and a few restaurants. Stunning rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower. Everything is compact, we stayed in a 1 BR, would recommend upgrading to a larger space if traveling with more than 2 (including kids.) Make sure to pick the fully dry setting on the washer/dryer combo and do laundry before the last day to be sure. All appliances were high end and towels were plush. Great place!
