Arrived very late and was greeted by Amin, a very polite and courteous member of the reception team. Sadly we didn’t see him again and had some sad looking staff after that who it was a struggle to get a bonjour/bon soir from. Room was basic, bed was comfortable but the cleaning wasn’t the best. We had a contact lens left next to the sink on arrival, lots of the fixtures were loose and in need of fixing (light, sink tap picture on the wall had condensation and mould spots on). Bath was small but the shower was good. Lots of dark spots around the sink area from water - it needs a good steam clean. Location is good, with Blanche metro just around the corner and also a good bus route. Some nice bars and bakeries nearby and it’s a simple stroll to montmartre. Overall an adequate hotel, not luxury but the price reflects that. Don’t go with high expectations and use it as a base and you’ll be fine. Free coffee and hot chocolate machine in reception is another plus point.

I would return

The hotel is in an ideal location for Moulin Rouge, but about a 45 minute walk to the Louvre, and down to the river. Staff very friendly. Street is very busy with takeaways and bars so i imagine it would be very noisy, but we were around the back in a newly renovated room but looking at a brick wall. I was fine with this though as we were out all days. The room did have a problem with little ants arouns the skirting boards and on the bedding.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zu dritt, es war von der Größe absolut komfortabel. Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen liebevoll angerichtet und es wurde auch immer schnell für Nachschub gesorgt wenn etwas aus war. Die Location ist absolut perfekt man ist mitten im Geschehen und hat es dennoch ruhig. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Location is good, staff is friendly, the standard of the rooms are okay, but some elements looks like they’re about to fall apart. My room was not cleaned well at all when I arrived; hair in the sink, on the floor etc.
