The place was nice and clean, just as pictured. Management provided clear instructions for both check-in and check-out. The location was great, with plenty of things to do within walking distance.

La publicidad de este alojamiento es ENGAÑOSA: no es un primer piso, es un segundo, con escaleras tipo caracol muy peligrosas y con poca iluminación. El acceso para un viajero habitual con maleta es muy complicado pero nosotros, además habíamos notificado que en nuestro grupo venía una persona con discapacidad. Nos confinaron que podíamos dejar las maletas antes del check in y no pudimos acceder al alojamiento ni siquiera a la hora establecida , ya que había una empleada en el interior y tuvimos que esperar. La víspera de nuestro check out les pedimos salir 1 hora más tarde y únicamente nos comunicaron q podíamos permanecer hasta las 18hrs. Cuando hemos accedido hoy a la estancia para recoger nuestro equipaje, había una persona desconocida en el interior , con todas nuestras pertenencias en el interior. En caso de requerirlo, podemos enviarles los correos mantenidos. Es muy importante también comunicarles que ustedes nos informaron que el alojamiento era accesible para minusválidos y la realidad es que no lo es. Hemos sentido una mala atencion telefónica y falta de sensibilidad hacia la persona con minusvália y no nos dieron ninguna solución, no mostraron interés en ayudar. MUY decepcionante. La ubicación correcta, el piso no es para 7 personas y tampoco hay armarios para ropa.
