LIVING ROOM/ DINING ROOM
This apartment is beautifully furbished (the host is an architect!) with bright spaces and designer furniture. There is a comfortable, colourful living room with two glass doors opening onto the balcony. Light wood flooring, fresh white walls and a large mirror mounted on a wood drawer unit, create a light and airy feel to this relaxing space. There is a large sofa, an armchair, a large Smart TV, glass-topped coffee table, and a sleek dining table with 4 chairs. The whole room is enlivened by colourful prints, including a vibrant modern canvass above the sofa.
KITCHEN
On your left is a smart modern kitchen with sleek black counters and chrome fittings. There is an oven with an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a stylish breakfast bar with three silver stools, perfect for sipping your coffee whilst admiring the view from the glass doors out onto the balcony. The balcony is equipped with a small table and four chairs.
BATHROOM
The bathroom interiors include fresh white tiles and chrome fittings. There is a bath with an overhead shower and a double sink with a large mirror above and drawers below. The room is brightly lit by clusters of spotlights. There is also a washing machine.
