International Travelers

This hotel is a great stay and is clean and safe especially for international travelers. However A/C was not working properly, had to request a fan for the room. The towel warmer for the bathroom also did not work. We were told that someone from maintenance would be up to check both the A/C and Towel Warmer and no one came even after multiple requests. Food service/Bar was great. Other than that we were pleased with the room and the view of the Eiffel tower.

The hotel is really good. It is in a quiet neighborhood and close to the metro for transportation. The spa is great after a whole day of walking around.

Being this was a small boutique hotel their service was horrible. I called reception for water and they said they didn’t have any And offered to drink from the faucet. You could not change the settings to the room temperature as it’s locked in, and the room was very small! Hard to storage luggage and travel belongings. I stayed in multiple hotels during my trip and that one was just horrible service. We had to make sure to buy water bottles to take back with us to our hotel. I don’t recommend staying here. At night they only have one person servicing the entire place.
