Excellent modern hotel…staff was extremely helpful! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with the best cheese, eggs, avocado dip, pastries, croissants and coffee. Chef is AMAZING…thank you so much Monsieur for making the best breakfast every morning and checking on us to make sure we were more than pleased! The pizza restaurant is excellent too…we had pizza of course and it was exceptional but we also loved the pan fried bass! I love the location…just half a block away from Metro 11 which takes u directly to heart of Paris…we walked everywhere and enjoyed the sights. Nights were very quiet in this very nice neighborhood in Paris! The only thing that could have topped this was Paris being a bit warmer! Viva Paris

Room was clean. There was no balcony. Reserved a taxi through front desk. Told rate was $70 to airport. More than the $57 fixed rate because hotel was far away from downtown and there was a fee for reserving. When we asked to cancel the booking, we were told there was a strike the next day and it would be very hard to get a taxi. Person that picked us up next day was not an official taxi driver. Probably a friend or relative. Told us the agreed upon rate was $75 to airport. There were taxis at the stands and no significant disruptions to transportation from strike. Hotel is in 8 or 9 arrondisement, so $57 fixed rate should have applied.

We stayed in the connecting rooms as a family of 4. The rooms were very clean & beautifully updated. Very roomy as well. They give you Nuxe bat amenities & even the sheets smelled nice. We got the breakfast every morning which was beyond fantastic. ever kind of coffee, scrambled eggs, bacon, croissants, fruit, cottage cheese, cheese plate, several types of bread,jams,cake, juice & more. the pizzeria/restaurant food & decor was amazing as well! My only complaint was there is absolutely nothing to do in the area but the train & bus stops were right there to go to another area.

This hotel is a bit out of the city centre but has a metro station just outside of it. That metro will take you everywhere. The hotel and staff are amazing. It is a busy neighborhood with lovely people living and working in it.
