Just right

We were there for one night before an early morning departure from the airport. Food in the restaurant was quick and very good, even though it was a limited menu. Carpet in the upstairs hallways and rooms were in need of a good cleaning, but passable. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The shower, however, did not provide hot water at a consistent temperature and the shower door didn’t seal, allowing water to leak out on the floor. I got excellent service/help from one of the maintenance men who cut a lock off my suitcase that had been damaged and wouldn’t open. That was a lifesaver! All in all, no problems for a one-night stay.

Restaurant is the worst, order food from outside, DO NOT TRY TO EAT THERE, taste like hospital food, no condiments, pale, untaste, my food took 30 minutes to arrive, I rejected because it tasted bad, I order something else and after 40 minutes I cancelled and order dessert instead

The Hyatt is a great place to stay before heading back to the US from Paris. Close to the airport, nice staff, full service restaurant.

WAs great!

The room was really nice. And the food at the Zoom restaurant was delicious. Some of the staff can be cold towards English-speaking guests, but that's the same in most of Paris.

Yeah so what everybody has said. My sink wasn’t draining water, the shower head was broken and had to figure out how to work it without it falling down. The gate was not open so had to walk around to the car gates while pouring down raining, no shuttle until 6:30 but thankfully we got an uber. Next time I’ll book something right next to the airport.

Hotel sink was leaking for both nights that I stayed for. Honestly overpriced for what it is. They made customers pay additional €5 for transportation on a shuttle one way. Usually hotels would offer free transportation.

Great stay

Clean and tidy. Was a joyable stay and would definitely visit again. Comfy beds with ample room space with a sofa area provided too. Rooms was nice and quiet too being so close to ths airport with many incoming and outgoing flights.

I like that they have a mini market at the lobby for essentials and food options. The restaurant also offers a great service. Very handy when you arrive after business hours. The water dispenser on my floor was empty though so I couldn’t do the refill. But I went to another floor so all is good. The water pressure from the shower is weak - that’s probably an area of improvement. Would be great if the toilet can also be equipped with bidet shower too. It’s not expensive and will attract lots of more guests, particularly Muslim guests. All in all, it’s a great transit hotel. I had a good stay.

From checking to check out we felt very unwelcome. Especially when the staf realized we could not speak French. The food was fast food type and service was as if we were an inconvenience. I will never return to this accommodation. We couldn’t wait to get out of there!

The door in our room had half of the frame broken and the toilet could use some extra cleaning. We booked the hotel as a closer option to the airport as the next day we had a long international trip. Furniture in lobby could definetly use some cleaning. Only good review is they had a pretty good breakfast.
