Staff were very friendly. Area around the hotel was ok. The room could have done with a little updating but it wasn’t bad for the price. Room was a good temperature and it was cleaned well every day. Breakfast buffet was nice but there wasn’t much variation each day.

Stay in the family suite with kids for 4 nights and here is our experience. Negative things 1. During our complete stay we didn't have the room key card, their system was down which generated keys and the staff was opening the room door whenever the guest needed it. 2. False fire alarms, during our stay there were 2 alarms one around 7 pm and the other in the night at 3 am which woke us up for no reason and it was very very loud. 3. Family suite is only on floor 7 and there very very small lift that only goes to the 6 floor and we struggle with kids, luggage and stroller to go back and forth. 4. City tax per person per night, at the time of booking on Expedia it was not clear that they charge city tax for each night and they charge more tax than it was originally shown in our booking detail. Also, city tax is for only adults but we charged for 4 guests even if there are 2 adults and 2 kids. 5. Also, this hotel is expensive as compared to others, we booked it because it has very high rating so our expectations was high which definitely not met. Positive things 1. The staff was very friendly and kind. Always offered help. 2. Cleanliness of rooms. 3. Free coffee and luggage storage.
