The hotel is very nice, the staff was exceptional but i dont think the photos portray the size of the rooms well. I booked a larger room with a balcony and while it may have been larger and there was a balcony the room was tiny and not represented well online and the balcony barely fit two small chairs and a round table. I think the size should be more clearly called out. The elevator stopped working the first morning we woke up and we had to walk 5 flights up and down until the very last day. This was quite inconvenient and no form of compensation was offered.

The staff were amazing. It was clean. The room was gorgeous. The location was perfect. Trains were walking distance. 100s dining options (not even exaggerating). Evening Entertainment. I loved everything about it. Also you get aslot in the spa and it is specific to your room only. Constant supply of water which i think is an amazing touch in 40c heat. Those little touches are thoughtful and made the trip for us. The staff were all lovely, friendly, helpful. Well definitely stay again. Thank you to all the team there :)

Wonderful stay if you need a more budget friendly but still upscale ish feeling hotel. The service was great we especially enjoyed the pool and sauna. Wished the bedroom was a tad bigger but it was still an enjoyable stay. I have already recommended it to friends! PS-there’s a GREAT consignment store directly across the street found a number of awesome pieces I took home with me!!

Fantastic hotel in great location

We had a fantastic stay, thanks largely to the amazing staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. There’s very little to fault. If I had to be picky, for a hotel charging over €200 per night, it would be nice to have filtered water replenished daily rather than just one bottle for the entire stay. A couple of minor issues worth noting: the phone in room 304 wasn’t working, and the shower door didn’t fully close. Neither caused any real inconvenience, but thought it was worth mentioning.

Great hotel rue des martyrs

Frequent user of the hotel, on business trip. Great location, quiet, nice spa/pool. Breakfast is good, unfortunately with my travel agent, always as a add-on.
