The staff did their very best to meet all our needs. The hotel is very close to THREE metro stops which helps for excursions. We had the Eiffel Tower view in our hotel and the staff were very helpful in providing directions to sites and information on jow to use the metro. Thiw was our first time in Paris and this experience was very memorable! I will definitely return.

The staff here were wonderful and so helpful! However, on my last morning (yesterday), there was a lady I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t catch her name but she had short black hair and dark skin. When I said bonjour to her when I saw her at breakfast, she said nothing back. She had a grumpy look and demeanor the entire time she was down there. I assumed maybe she was one of the Wednesday delivery people. However, when the regular guy I’d seen throughout my mornings was off, she was the one remaining. I had an early travel to Disneyland Paris and by choice hadn’t had my room restocked the time I’d been there, so I was taking my tea up to my room. The lady slammed the phone on the wall down, put up her hand, and yelled, “NO!” You would’ve thought I was smuggling something bad or a criminal. She was sooo rude. She could’ve just politely let me know I wasn’t allowed to take tea up to my room, but she didn’t. I don’t know if she was a deliverer, an owner, or what… but this lady needs a crash course in working with people if they are going to put her around them. Wish I caught her name… black lady, short hair, morning of 7/30.

The rooms were spacious, clean and accessible. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Stress free check in and lovely reception area. Great view of the street/city with lots of boulangerie, pâtisserie, restaurants nearby. My only issue was that the beds were a bit too firm for me but we all slept okay despite this. All rooms have AC which was a god send in the hot weather.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel isn’t fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and just right for two people. The room wasn’t huge, but it had everything we needed and felt cozy and efficient. The real highlight was the daytime front desk staff — incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely caring. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of service really stands out. The location is just steps from the train station, which made getting around super easy. It’s a solid hotel: not too fancy, definitely not ugly, just a smart, well-run place that’s perfect for travelers who want a great base in the city.
