Our room AC not workkng. We were there during warm days at 20-27c for 4 nights. If windows are open, can hear noise outside until 5 am. Very uncomfortable. We moved hotel on our 5-7th night. Staff are new and lack experience.

We stayed here for a week. The family room was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Transportation options were abundant. My only wish is that there was a chest of drawers. With a family of 4 staying for an extended time, this would have been helpful in organizing our things. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is OK, rooms are very, very small with minimal amount of furniture. The bathroom is even smaller… Be prepared to walk stairs as the elevator is very old and very small, never seen such a small elevator; in addition, it was broken most of the time we were there. On a positive side, the hotels is clean, staff is friendly, location is very convenient. Good sound proofing from street noise.

The hotel was well located, and check in and out easy, but the positives ended there (except for two good employees out of five met). Upon arrival, the lift was out of order and so had to lug suitcases up 7 floors unaided and I felt like an inconvenience to the staff member who appeared to be having a social gathering. The room was not the cleanest with hair and other stains on the bed and bins that hadn’t been emptied. Twice during the stay the water stopped working, multiple times it was brown. It has potential but the customer service aspect and cleanliness needs to be addressed.

The hotel lobby is being painted during our stay. Coffee and tea are available at the lobby 24 hours. Shops and restaurants are abundant in the area. The cover picture of the hotel should not show the Passage because it is misleading to the customers. I thought that the hotel is within the passage but not true, but it is walkable.

We liked the property it was very wuaint and hospitable and in a good lication to cafes snd Metro. We got a twin room and it was cute, only recomendation would be to add more storage solutions as for two it was tight but the staff was really good with any issues we had

Location ,location! The hotel is in the 2nd arrondissement and is near Metro and buses. There are plenty of options to eat nearby & everything is walkable. It was quiet and calm at night. This is a boutique hotel with a communal breakfast area of self service. The options for breakfast included fresh and organic produce. There are hot drinks available all day ( there are no facilities in the rooms for tea coffee etc). The room was on the small side and needed ventilating, but spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and was a good size as we are both over 6' tall! Each member of staff we met was friendly, helpful and at all times courteous and hospitable. Would certainly recommend!
