The room was spacious for a Hotel in Paris. I was happy there was a bath tub. I felt the room was prepared with care to provide comfort. Found everything I needed where I wanted, small things like electric outlet,, tissue box, lights,, poubelles etc. Small things but it’s not always the case.

The hotel was excellent both inside and out--making our first visit to Paris delightful. Staff both day and night were kind and helpful--offering umbrellas when raining, double-confirming our taxi to CDG airport, holding mail for us, and other gestures. Breakfast was ample and delicious with healthy options like fruit and yoghurt. Having croissants and coffee available later in the day was an extra treat. Also appreciated, they cleaned the room every day (which is unusual nowadays). This location in the 9th is excellent for public transit and walking, with >4 Metro stations nearby. There's a small supermarket about 3 blocks away and many shops in surrounding areas.

We reserved a deluxe double or twin room and got upgraded to a much bigger room with a separate single bedroom. We were on the 2nd floor so can hear the metro running below us, it did not bother me much but my husband had to turn on his white noise machine to block the sound. Our friend stayed on the 5th floor and said they bearly can hear the metro. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by.

we enjoyed our stay in Paris although only a few days hotel was older but still clean and tidy - staff were helpful given we didn't speak french - location was well suited as we relied on public transport and local shopping - over all good stay

Staff was polite and the breakfast was fine. However, several small items in the room were broken such as the lampshade and the mirror in the bathroom. In addition, the air conditioning absolutely did not cool off the room and we had to keep windows open.

The room for 3 had a door between queen and twin rooms was excellent and big by Paris standards. There is a small elevator. Excellent location for tourists. Constant hum from the subway but I didn’t mind. Breakfast was satisfying but uninspired. Ask for scrambled eggs if you don’t want to mess with cooking your own soft or hard boiled. No view.

アットホームなホテル

部屋の狭さと設備の古さは否めませんが、立地はいいです。オペラ周辺でメトロも徒歩圏内にいくつかあります。スタッフは皆フレンドリーで、ロビーにコーヒーや紅茶などが用意されており、食事なしのはずでしたが、朝はクロワッサン、夕方はクッキーなども置かれていて、よかったらどうぞと勧めて下さいました。部屋には電気ポットや保冷庫があり(冷蔵庫ではなくあくまでドリンクを冷やすだけのものですが)、ボトルのミネラルウォーター(普通のと炭酸水)もありました。バスルームの床や洗面台が木製なので、濡れると気になってしまい、いちいち拭いていました。チェックアウト後も快く荷物を預かっていただき、アットホームな感じのホテルでした。
