The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The location was very convenient. The elevator kept going out because people didn’t read the sign that said only two people at once in the elevator. The night crew could use some improvement. Overall, I would stay there again for the cleanness and the convenience of the location.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, the entire hotel staff was great. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Great location—just a short walk to the Metro, nearby bakeries, and several good restaurants. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

The hotel itself is fabulous and everyone who works there was so kind and willing to offer help with anything it was truly a lovely experience. For that reason I give them wonderful reviews but the pillows are very thin and hard and the TV had an option to cast to but didn’t work which would’ve been nice since I don’t speak French and I would’ve just watched my cast to the TV. Something with the wifi wouldn’t adapt. The bed was very hard as well and I had a hard time sleeping but the linens were very nice and fresh. So I’m torn on my review and want to be honest but also do not want to diminish anyone who works there because the staff was just wonderful in every way. It’s very close to public transportation, nice shopping, good restaurants, and super easy to get Ubers and taxis. If you like a firm bed then you’ll love it all.

The stuff working there are the hi-light of the place, very very nice , smiling, helpful, welcoming etc… it was super safe and enjoyable for me and my daughter. The AC was nice, staff was amazing but if you’re highly sensitive with allergies I would avoid this hotel currently. The rooms smelled slightly of sawdust and the cleaning product used had a heavy floral smell. Beautiful rooms but I had to leave due to my allergies going off nonstop.
