"I experienced a serious breach of privacy with room service. A staff member (female) entered my room unannounced – no knock, no waiting for me to open the door. She wasn't apologetic at all. In fact, when I confronted her about this unacceptable behavior, she was rude..i felt unSAFE"

Location location

The best location in Paris. The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff is incredibly attentive. This will always be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Paris.

Nice place to stay near the Champs-Elysee.

I went to Paris to see Stage 21 of the Tour De France. This property is located close to Gare du Nord train station and easy to get to by subway. It is located two blocks from the Champs-Elysee. A two-three minute walk and you're right in the action. There's a little grocery store on the next block if you want to buy things for your room. The neighborhood is peaceful at night and safe. I got good sleep. A lot of Parisian type restaurants within walking distance. There's also some American fast food. I went here on a solo trip and I had a blast. This place is great! If you're going to Paris to experience Paris and not hang in the hotel room, this is your spot. It was also nice to be able to come back to the room and drop things off, use the restroom, and then venture out again. Plenty of things to do on the Champs-Elysee.

Perfect Hotel!

Amazing stay! We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and can’t say enough about it. The location could not have been better, minutes from the metro and Champs Élysées. The hotel was so clean and comfortable, huge for Paris. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return again some day!

Good location. Elevator is very small and not efficient. Takes a while to arrive. The rooms are tiny and you can heat everything in the hallways. The shower in my room was also leaking water on the floors. Overall decent stay for the price and location but I wouldn’t rebook

We enjoyed a comfortable stay. The rooms are small, which is not unusual for Paris. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There are multiple restaurants nearby and a short walk to Champs-Elysées. It seems that the air conditioning is controlled at the front desk, but when we requested the temperature to be lowered, it was very comfortable.

Such a great stay! Very handy location, every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. Room was a little small but pretty standard for Paris. All the little details were there to make us comfortable - great water pressure, very high quality linens, air con, comfortable pillows.
