I enjoyed my stay at this very boutique-y hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is a block away from the Arc di Triomphe and metro station, which was nice. My particular room was small since I was a single traveler. The sink/shower combo in full view of everything was a bit odd, but it was ok. I missed having a place to set my toiletries near the sink. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed and I appreciated the free breakfast.

Great Location

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location, just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Champs-Élysée. The friendly and helpful front desk staff made our stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the staff who served us didn’t speak English, which made the breakfast experience a bit disappointing.

The hotel is very small with no designated eating area/ lobby. The breakfast area with seats and tables you see on the pictures is served as a lobby, reception area, dining area. The room is small but nice and clean. It also offers an option for 3 people with separate twin bed which is great when traveling with children. Location is great, very convenient and close to metro station. One thing to be mindful of is the early check in when arriving on transatlantic flight early morning by local time. I can’t speak for everyone but our experience wasn’t the best. We arrived around 8:30 am, checked in and went across the street to have breakfast at a cute little cafe. Around 9-9:30 am we returned to hotel and were told that they were fully booked and no rooms are available but they will be ready by 3 pm which is the check in time. As I mentioned, there’s nowhere to really wait as the place is small so we sat at the table literally falling asleep as it was in the middle of the night at home. The check out time is 11 am so I waited until 11:30 to ask if room was available, then 12, then every half hour and the answer was no. Morgan, the young man who checked us in, said it would be ready by 3 pm for sure as if he was doing it on purpose making us wait until 3 while we were sleeping on the table. So I told him that a good hotel manager would have arranged with housekeeping to have our room ready first as we were only ones waiting. Only when I mentioned doing Expedia review I got keys

Unforgettable experience at Elsa hotel Paris. The location is fantastic, near the Arc and walkable to the metro. Friendly staff well versed in multiple languages. Nice beds and very quiet. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel

We booked a four night stay at this location and were very pleased. The hotel is located on a quiet street near multiple restaurants and bakeries. It is in walking distance to several sites. You can catch buses or subways nearby which is great. We did not have a car so we found this helpful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. A perk I loved is the hotel offered complimentary coffee and water machines which you could access anytime. Only negative was the room was a bit small but was clean. I would still stay here again, thank you!!!
