The toilet stinks. Not even a single glass was given.The same food was repeated three days we were there for breakfast!!!However the staff were helpful and the hotel was close to the train station and some lovely restaurants around it. Expected much more from a brand like Holiday Inn.

Great base in Paris!

We had a great trip staying at this hotel for 5 nights. It was conveniently located between two metro stations for easy access to central Paris. The local area was vibrant with two excellent cafes about 100m from the hotel entrance (probably more but we only used the pizzeria and bistro) there are also convenience stores, a chemist and a lovely patisserie by the metro. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive especially Neil on the front desk. The hotel rooms are a little worn/tired but clean and have all the basic necessities. This is not a hotel that you would visit because of itself (no pool, spa, etc) but as a friendly, clean, convenient base to rest your head between days out exploring this amazing city, we found it perfect. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel has a great location—it's close to the metro, pharmacies, a convenience store, and right near the canal, which is nice for walks. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was good with a decent variety. However, we always had to ask for housekeeping, which was a bit annoying. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work properly, and the rooms were just average—nothing fancy. Overall, it’s a good place if you want something convenient with helpful staff and a solid breakfast. Just don’t expect too much from the rooms.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Ibrahim. They really went the extra mile to make our stay better. The room was very clean. The area around the canal was very nice and scenic. The breakfast was consistent, but needs a few more options. There was only eggs, beans and sausages for the hot options. The interior of the hotel is starting to look worn, but is still clean.
