Serves a purpose

We stayed two nights, one at the beginning of our holiday, and one night at the end. The first room wasn’t particularly clean, and the tv wasn’t working however the second room at the end of our holiday was a lot cleaner, and also had a working tv. Staff are pleasant enough..wouldn’t have fancied a long stay here but it was literally just a place to sleep on route to our destination.

Great location, very close to Disney, 10 mins drive. Onsite car park. Good breakfast. New built property to everything was fresh. Only issue was USB socket and some of the plugs did not work. Reported twice, not done. So poor service. Otherwise great stay.

It would be better Experian if we had the air con working first day also one of the receptionist was really rude dealing with our request of either changing the room because the room we were has faulty AC and window doesn’t close properly that is why you can hear the noise of the motorway so obvious.

The night staff was not friendly, they would let us watch tv from the other area. Finally a French man got mad and ask for the remote so we can watch Olympics. Also, I bought water for 3 euros & I gave the guy 10 euros he stated that he didn’t have change but when my female friend ask in French he was willing to look for change in the safety cashier box.
