Very pleasant and helpful staff... silly things missed for example... the coffee tray was not refilled and the bar never seemed open. I liked the Chrome cast facility but was aggravated in that there was only one international news channel that I could find. It was good but for the price I expected better

I give a recognization to Adrian from reception who helped me to solve an issue in my room. Besides all staff were kindly and very respectful, also English friendly. They stored my luggage until the afternoon. Unfortunately the zone was not the best, many homeless people, but overall was a nice stay, breakfast has variary and it’s delicious. There are also train stations nearby, specially from a to Gary Du Nord. I enjoyed the visit.

Very nice property. Clean and comfortable. The area has many dining options within walking distance but you do need to take the subway or Uber to get to the heart of Paris to see the sights. There was alot of road construction so traffic was pretty bad, recommend the subway!
