Worst team ever

Service and communication is just disgusting. We had to share a single towel for 6 days after asking twice daily for an additional one. And once the manager gave us a towel, room service took it the same day and gave no replacement. We asked booked a late checkout and were asked to leave by 4 different people 4 hours before check out. Plus the heating goes off automatically and the temperature is -3 outside. Breakfast is made only of cold and 3 days old bread and croissant, no alternatives for non bread eaters.

Great place to stay, but not for us

Staff was lovely and kind. No issues there. We knew going into this stay that the hotel is more like a "community living space" but we were still expecting a refrigerator in our room, there wasn't one. The room was also an awkward layout. There was a coffee maker and a kettle, but no plug near it, had to brew coffee on the floor because of plug placement. Also the cleaning schedule is so bizarre. It advertises as once a week, which we were fine with, but they were showing up every few days with no warning so we really didn't care for that, especially when we had a late morning. They also don't seem to communicate with the cleaning staff as to how many people were in the room. We went from having two bath towels and three smaller ones to one bath towel and two smaller ones and then one bath towel and one smaller one. Luckily the staff at the front desk was kind enough to get us another towel when requested. This place is probably great for others, but we wouldnt stay again.

This hotel was great! A fun communal smoke with everything you need and more! Metro/tram stations nearby to make getting to Paris City center very easy!

Stayed for 3 nights for expo. Clean and quiet room. Room is large for Paris standard. Friendly reception. Full kitchen in room. No house keeping for first day but it actually worked well for me. Common areas is quite nice. Good for young travelers that want to mingle. 10min walk to metro and supermarket. Definitely recommend.

Super hôtel nous avons passé un agréable séjour mais pas de communication sur l’arrivée en voiture car pas de place devant l’hôtel pour se garer mais la réception nous a donnez le code aussitôt pour pas gêné la circulation. Et le petit déjeuner un peut mal organisé mais très bon. Critique purement constructive car nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans l’ensemble.

La cerradura de la puerta del hotel se dañó después de trabajar en medio de la noche, y ningún personal pudo abrir la puerta. El problema se resolvió en la recepción hasta la mañana siguiente. El personal no contestó el teléfono y no se pagó el reembolso razonable. Las instalaciones de hardware de la habitación eran muy pobres.

Das Hotel ist über zwei nahegelegene Metrostationen und die Bahn in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Auch bis zu den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist es nicht weit. Das Hotel selbst ist ziemlich neu und die dortigen Angestellten sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war für französische Verhältnisse eher groß und sauber. Die Gemeinschaftsräume bieten viele Spielmöglichkeiten und der Kaffeeautomat steht die ganze Zeit zur freien Verfügung. Man kann sich sogar mit einer aufladbaren Karte von der Rezeption vier unterschiedliche Biere rund um die Uhr selbst zapfen. Das Frühstück ist eher spartanisch gehalten. Es werden abgezählt jeweils ein Saft, ein Croissant, Joghurt und Butter pro Person ausgegeben. Wer möchte, kann auch noch ein Obststück und Cornflakes haben. Der Pool war wegen Bauarbeiten noch nicht nutzbar. Fazit: Gut gelegenes schönes neues Hotel. Vor allem für Familien mit größeren Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Wer das Frühstück am Morgen braucht, sollte ein Appartement mit Kühlschrank nehmen und sich im örtlichen Supermarkt entsprechend eindecken.
