I had paid in full for my stay and once I had arrived they told me they gave my room away and there were no rooms available. This happened to the girl next to me as well. It was soon revealed that they had done this to 10+ customers as they had sent us all to the same hotel “temporarily” whilst they ‘prepared’ our rooms. Not sure how this hotel is running. Absolutely disgusting treatment and nil communication. Once I had arrived after my 24 hour travel day, They told me to leave and come back in and hour, so I did. They then told me to wait whilst they called the Novotel to secure a room for me. They apparently confirmed a room for me but upon arrival the concierge had said they never confirmed with the H4 that they had rooms for me. The h4 had sent myself, a young solo female traveller to another hotel in a dodgy area of the city, had to pay the full stay, no compensation, no communication after the fact. Absolutely disgusting, this hotel is a scam. I am warning all future clientele to not even consider this hotel. I will be requesting full refund and compensation for the out of pocket expenses I had to pay for emergency accommodation.

The hotel was very clean, was aesthetically beautiful! Loved my room, was very spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel is huge! Has lots of floors and I felt like they didn’t have enough staff to manage the reception. There was always long queues in the reception to check in, check out or ask for help. I had a phone in my room, I rang reception several times on two different days and no one ever picked up. I had to queue for over 25 mins to enquire about the pool, in the end I didn’t swim as it was just too tedious! I really hope they can improve on how much staff they have there. Other than that, I liked my room, the location was ok, there’s a metro close by, so it’s convenient

Booked this hotel for our 3 night stay exploring Paris and we were very impressed when we walked in to our room, the room was very big, beds very comfortable even the single bed which can often just be a put up bed, bathroom had both a bath and a very good shower However we found the staff to be very rude, un helpful and no urgency to deal with guests when the que was going out the front door We did have cleaners come in to our room each day but there was no consistency on what they did each day and never restocked tea, coffee facilities or left any extra water, this was needed to be done at reception which wasn’t worth the half hour wait at times to see somebody The roof top pool was pleasant but this needs booking at reception so you can gain access to it, it’s also a confusing system on how to get there as only certain lifts go that far, we had also wanted to do the skyline bar but we still don’t know how to access it, we did have the pool to ourselves on our 10pm booking though which made it a very relaxing hour Metro was opposite the hotel so made travelling in to Paris very easy 1 last thing for people to be aware of we needed to pay a €50 euro deposit per person per night for our entire stay so be aware you will need a credit card with a good balance available

The hotel overall was clean and new, the room was comfortable. However the area around the hotel is very unsafe, do not use metro line 13 we were pickpockted the first day. Our bathroom was for disabled people, however the water did not drain properly and the water would overflow to the bedroom.

Staff: We called ahead and requested for one hour early check in . The receptionist said the room is ready and check in at 1 pm is possible at no additional cost. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception desk said no room is ready and there is 50 euros cost for early check in. After lots of frustration , the manager get involved and we got into the room early at no extra charge . The manager was very helpfil. In general, service has no meaning in this hotel. We requested for coffee pods, towel and etc. none were delivered to our room. Room : was spacious, clean and comfortable with no issues. Pool: requires booking ahead of time and access ( with another access card) was through another set of elevators only during the booking time Breakfast: was good with plenty of options but still no service there as well. In general, hotel is modern and beautiful in walking distance from metro station but staff ( other than the manager) are not helpful and sometimes rude.
