The location was perfect, close walk to St. Germain, Notre Dame, the Louvre and metro. The staff were super friendly, room was clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and would very easily return to Grand Hotel des Balcons.

Always a nice stay. I love the location and chose to come back for Xmas after staying here in February. Not fancy but a good price and close to attractions, transportation and dining options.

Hotel is charming, on a quiet street yet a short walk to everything the Latin Quarter has to offer, with the feel of a Parisian experience. The staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Breakfast selection was varied, fresh and excellent quality.

Love the location. Close to restaurants, attractions, bus lines , metro lines. The staff is great and there’s always someone to greet you at the front desk. This is the second time I have stayed here. Good to know there’s also a laundromat right around the corner if you need it.

The room was tiny and barely enough space to get up the side of the bed. The shower would go hot and cold and as it was a wet room, the floor got flooded. There was a younger woman who was truly lovely and remembered our room number. I asked asked another girl for a pillow and she was a bit rude and i am still waiting for the pillow. The room was so hot but there were only patio doors to open.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was everything you need, enough room and a really good shower. Reviews praised the breakfast, and rightfully so, it's really good. The hotel is perfectly placed, on a quiet street but two minutes walk from a range of cafes and restaurants as well as a metro station. It qas really good value for money, would heartily recommend.

I had a great stay. The location is absolutely perfect. Wonderful staff. Paul at the Front Desk was very helpful. Actually, everyone was. I just didn’t get their names. I love the breakfast in the morning. The ladies working during breakfast were very kind and cordial. I would stay here again. I loved my stay!

Location is excellent. In room tea/coffee was never replenished during our 4 night stay. For a small investment in instant nescafe or a few teabags you could have had a better rating and review. Really kind of silly that this wouldn't be provided in a room that costs hundreds.

The room was tiny, but workable. Shared a double room with my daughter, and we each had a twin bed. My only complaint I that there were no outlets near the bed, so all charging of devices overnight were by the small table/desk. Otherwise, the service was excellent, and the location was perfect!
