Prime location. Old building, beautiful molding and floors. A little noisy from the neighbors due to it being an older building, but tough to beat the location. Metro and buses right outside the door and plenty of cafes, bakery’s, within a block of the apartment

Good location near the Metro Station. Easy access to transportation. Lots of restaurants and amenities in the area and a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Communication with host and access to the apartment was easy.Apartment is in an old building without an elevator and it’s on the 4th floor - not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues who has difficulty with winding stairs. Description did not mention this!Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms both of which are very small - again not suitable for those with mobility issues or larger people. Floors are wooden and creak loudly when walking on them so it is not quiet moving about, especially at night. Towel dryer in bathroom did not work. Room doors are hard to close and therefore noisy.Kitchen is very small but well equipped. Beds and linens were fine but nothing special. Furniture appears to be primarily Ikea type. TV is small but did not use it. Wifi works well.Would not stay here again when coming back to Paris.

Beautiful property! The flat was very clean and exactly as pictured! The owner was very great about responding. I would definitely stay here again!Very close to metro, starbucks, pharmacy. Lots of great restaurants.Four floors, no elevator, but we didn’t mind. Kids room was perfect.

We loved staying in Jacques' apartment on the edge of the 7th. Conveniently located next to the La Motte Picquet-Grenelle Metro stop, we were able to explore all over the city from this location with ease. One block away is Merci Jerome, for breakfast pastries and coffee. There's also a Monoprix grocery store at the end of block with anything you might need. This apartment has tons of charm and plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the tiny yet extremely functional kitchen and appreciated the separate toilet room. This place is a jewel, we'd definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. Proximity to the metro station was really convenient and super easy to navigate…you can visit so many areas around Paris using it! Plenty of dining options nearby.Apartment was well maintained and cozy and the host was responsive when I messaged them. The only downside is the apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no lift. This information was not clearly called out in the details. We were able to manage it though, however those with mobility issues would have challenges. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Paris!

Property is in an excellent location relative to interesting sights, abundant restaurants, and food shopping. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware, and the usual amenities. Wi-Fi functioned as expected. The only negative was the lack of an elevator. This was problematic for us since the ages of our group varied from 5 to 75 years of age.

Overall Great Stay

The location of this apartment is excellent--very close to main metro lines and walking distance to Eiffel Tower. It is a tight space and the third bedroom is very small. We managed the stairs fine, but they are narrow and it would be tricky with large suitcases. Everything was great for us, except we expected a washer/dryer so had to go to a laundry mat a couple blocks away.

What a lovely apartment in the heart of Paris. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly and was so close to the metro, lovely restaurants, grocery store and the river and Eiffel Tower. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definately stay again.

Beautiful apartment

We loved our 3 night stay at Jacques's apartment. It is gorgeous and very roomy. Or family of 5 have more than enough room to live and sleep comfortably. Just note, there are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment, but it was SO worth it. The apartment is located in a great location. Many wonderful restaurants and shops close by. You are surrounded by the fun, busy Paris magic! There is a huge supermarket only a few minutes away. The Eifel tower and other landmarks are about a 20 minute walk. We were able to take short Ubers to see many other wonderful parts of the city. There is a metro station located right outside the apartment if you choose to use the metro. Don't hesitate and book this place. Thank you Jacques for a wonderful stay!

Spring Break in Paris

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location was ideal, right next to the Metro and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. There was plenty of room for all five of us, me and my husband and our three children. The apartment was charming. The host was very easy to communicate with. We loved it.
