The hotel was good for the price. The location isn’t very nice, but we didn’t experience any issues. The first room was very hot, but we were relocated to a better room. With a couple of poor exceptions the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The “hot” Breakfast was very poor, but the other catering was very good indeed.

I booked this room for my dad. He was very dissatisfied. He said the room was very small there was no AC and the window had no handles for him to open. He said it was clean and the bed was comfortable but it was very hot with no ventilation.

Rude front desk employees with exception of 2 that we encountered. Due to language barrier, I used google translate to speak to them in french but I can somewhat understand. They were taking about me. First room we were given, it hadn’t been cleaned yet& had been smoked in. Stinky very bad so I went tell them. She huffed at me like we did it! Second room was on top floor with no air conditioning nor was the ventilation system was working & the fan in the room was broken. After complaining several times, around 130 am someone finally brought a fan. We were told if we wanted to change rooms we’d have to wait until the next day. Put all our luggage in storage area. Came back from sightseeing and got a room on 4th floor which wasn’t coolest but not as hot as 7th. I would never go back to this hotel.

The carpeting in the room was filthy, glad I brought slippers. Shower /tub was slippery and they had no anti-slip mats. They told me to just use a towel. The shower was not clean when I arrived (mold on the grout and hairs on the walls).

At check in time, there at been an overcharge. I had the pleasure to speak to Hassanate, she was able to contact Hotels.com and resolve the issue, by the following day the refund had been issued. She gave us breakfast vouchers fir the inconvenience. The room did no have AC, however staff provided a fan. Id give the room a 3, but staff a 5.

The hotel was clean, but there was no direct access from taxi. There was a bedside lamp which wasn't working. Most of all, the receptionist was very unfriendly, except one.

Handy fairly cheap hotel for the metro into paris centre wouldnt go far from hotel at night as its very dodgy looking and tourists stand out always beggers outside the metro station room was quite stuffy as couldnt open the windows 2 out of the 3 lifts were out of order resulting in long wait times be aware with the showers as can change from warm to freezing then straight to scalding hot in a matter of seconds the hotel could do with a bit of a refurb or something as its looking quite tired

Bad stay

The location is a nightmare to find. Parking was a hassle it had to be in a certain designated area which was impossible to find. The actual area is rough I would look elsewhere. On of the staff was very helpful the other I think was in the wrong job. Shower and bathroom were rubbish too. Struggling to find anything positive apart from price.
