Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, larger than the equivalent in central Paris. A large supermarket (Leclerc) and the Metro very close to the hotel. Noisy neighbourhood with not much to see, but the main sights and sites of Paris are just a Metro ride away.

Parking excellent but need codes to enter which we were not sent. The room had a Nespresso machine but no kettle. There were two tea bags and two sachets of coffee and two small milk cartons but no pods for the machine, so no refreshments in the room we could use. Apart from that the bed was comfy bathroom clean and well appointed and plenty of hanging space. We will definitely book again as the staff

We asked for one room for 3, so that our 14 year can sleep with us. But at check in we learned they have no room for 3, instead they gave us 2 small rooms.

Hotel Campanile exceeded my expectations. Beds are comfortable, kettle in the room is a bonus, location is perfect with easy access to transport. Hoche metro literally across the road. The area is safe with a variety of local shops selling produce Frome around the world. The staff go beyond above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Marlene and Gisele were A mazing. I highly recommend hotel Campanile.

People hanging around outside the hotel - intimidating and antisocial behavior from late afternoon into the early hours of the morning. Drunks shouting into the night and sick and urine all around the hotel outside. The room looked tired and needs refreshing but would have been ok if not for the dismal carpet. The carpet had steins of what looked like droplets of coffee and blood as well as lots of unknown indistinguishable marks. The hotel car park did not directly lead into the hotel and everytime you left the hotel to go into the car park (literally the next door outside the building) strangers were lurking and watching intently. It was intimidating. There were gangs on street corners and it did not feel safe to walk around or even drive.

Used dirty coffee cups, bad customer service, no towels in my room and they tried to blame it on me, guy said if you have the do not disturb sign they won’t do your room, but I didn’t have the sign plus why would they take the only towels in my room if they were not going to replace them with clean ones? Very noisy, and can hear people in other rooms.
This was dirty when I first checked in.

Location, near a bus stop and Metro but kinda far from the tourist attractions. Too many guys just hanging around the area, kinda scary. Room was almost good except that the carpet was dirty. The shower and toilet in one, no division betuthe two, so when you’re showering and you’re not careful the whole area would be wet, including your dry clothes. The shower drain doesn’t drain fast enough that the water goes to the whole floor. Breakfast was good. There’s a kettle, no fridge, no microwave. They only have paper cups, so bring your own.

So convenient

Campanile at Pantin is so convenient, few steps from the tube and extremely close to the shopping centre Leclerc which makes it even more enjoyable,friendly staff, no hassle and everything runs smoothly. No complain.
