The only thing we liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The room wasn't exactly like the photos, but there was plenty of space. The bed was very uncomfortable, too hard; every bone ached. Two radiators in our room weren't working. When the plumber arrived, we were just leaving the room and left it to be fixed. When we returned that evening, the radiators were barely warm. We decided to leave everything as is. The sink was clogged, and the water stood for half an hour without draining. We definitely won't be coming back here again.

Everything is great. The room is spacious, people are nice and very helpful. We stay there next time in Paris. One thing I need to mention is the heat that doesn’t work. Please fix it.

- The address on the listing isn't actually open after 8 pm. We spent over 20 minutes hunting for the entrance. - The telephone of the hotel in the listing DOESN'T WORK. Staff are aware of this but have done nothing to fix it. - We only found the place by going onto its website and finding the night address - 4 rue des fillettes, 93300 Aubervilliers. - Inside the rooms, the WiFi is glacial, effectively unusable. - The mattresses and pillows are very uncomfortable. - Asking for extra pillows or towels is like pulling teeth. We asked for some and got one towel - which turned out to be a bath floor mat! and one pillow. We had 4 people in the room. We asked for a second pillow and got a sofa cushion instead. Definitely not recommended.

Very hard to locate building. Doesn’t Home and Break on the outside. After hours checkin was terrible. All the gates leading in were locked up with a chain and intercom not working. Not until we found a door on the back of building with a note saying yes this door did we get in. Not acceptable for a hotel on this site. Better signage needs to happen. Also on Sundays all restaurants in area are closed.

Overall, good aparthotel with very nice staff! Room was spacious which is great with a toddler. The mattress could be more comfortable in the room as well as the cleanliness of the sofa bed, but it is a pretty good bargain for your money!

Clean room, friendly staff, right next to the metro, a grocery store and a boulangerie. I liked having a kitchen with utensils, pots, a coffeemaker and a tea kettle to make my own food.

There is no AC working in the hotel. The staff doesn’t know about the facilities. fans are not provided.The wash basins are clogged. Noisy neighborhood. People screaming and shouting loud all night. Burning fire crackers at the middle of the night.
