Located on the top floor of a quiet condominium, this bright flat offers a peaceful, authentic atmosphere in the heart of the City of Light.

Enjoy relaxing moments on the balcony, equipped with a table and chairs, where you can savour your meals al fresco. The flat, overlooking an inner courtyard, guarantees you peace and quiet and allows you to cut yourself off from the noise of the city.

The bedding is brand new.

Located on the 6ᵉ floor without lift, the flat consists of:
-a spacious living room opening onto the balcony,
-a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer)
-bedroom with double bed and work desk,
-bathroom with bath,
- Hoover, hairdryer, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi and DVD player.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €22
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: €44

→ Noise disturbance beyond 10pm is prohibited.
