Very clean house. Fantastic location for our group. Across the street there is an artisan boulangerie that is open 24 hours (only closed Monday). Many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. About 1 block to Metro 2, and half a block to our favorite bus 76 that conveniently took us to many places we wanted to visit. In our group were 2 grandparents with some mobility restrictions and they were very happy with the accommodations on the ground floor since they had a double bed and a bathroom en suite and the kitchen and dining area. They only had to climb 4 steps from the garden to the house door. The rest of the family was on the floor above which was very spacious and confortable. The day we checked in, our flight was very early in the morning and the host allowed us to leave our luggage there until check in time, very convenient. Overall a fantastic experience, we’d love to come back again.

This is a very comfortable and convenient apartment, in a private garden in the 11eme. We enjoyed proximity to several metro lines and a bus on the corner servicing the middle of the city easily. Our family enjoyed the multiple rooms and two bathrooms. It would be amazing with a sitting room area, but the kitchen table provided a space to be together while the two floors provided space and privacy. Accessing the apartment was safe and secure and the staff of Eden Lodge were very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!

The apartment was very nice and the host was very friendly. I asked so many questions and they were answered within a short time. We really enjoyed our stay. The Metro was nearby and made it easy to get around to wherever we were going. There are plenty of food options within a 10-15 minute walk, including some amazing bakeries! We were a group of six: 4 adults, a teenager and a 10 year old. The kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft in the upstairs bedroom. Having two full bathrooms was very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Hideaway

The apt was nice! We had plenty of space for 2 adults with our 4 children. It was a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. There is a coin operated laundry just around the corner. There was no AC but it was cool enough in the evenings we were able to have the window open.

Great location but we’re unlucky to show up on the hottest day in Paris. No air conditioning, but fans were provided. The heat left and we were fine the other nights. A close by Aldis grocery store helped keep Paris costs low

Beautiful but warm

The property is beautiful and was great for our family! The downside is that there’s no a/c and it was very hot. But there were plenty of fans to use. It’s stunning and close to public transport which made everything easy!

Spent 5 days touring Paris. Location close to metro stops made sigjtseeing a breeze. Unit’s gardens were luso and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for family!

We were very nervous about the property but it was great for our family trip. We stayed 8 nights. The communication with the property manager was very good. They also suggested options to park our van. The place is bigger than the photos can tell. The room upstairs is perfect. It gave us privacy from our in laws who stayed in the main level. We had clean towels and the beds were very comfy. The bakery in front of the street offers the perfect option for sweets and salty cravings. The kitchen has everything you need. If we go back to Paris, we will definitely consider this place again. Overall, it was very convenient, close to the metro station.

Great Stay in Wonderful Location

Stayed here for a week with the family. The location of this property is great! There is easy access to subway lines and there are several great cafes around. Being within walking distance of Pere Lachaise Cemetery was an unexpected surprise (definitely take a stroll). Having the garden in the back gave a peaceful feel in an otherwise busy area. The beds were comfortable. We did hit a few hiccups. There were only 2 or 3 rolls of toilet paper provided. We had to go and buy more which I was surprised at. The electric switch downstairs was a touchy (a known issue) and the wall lights in the bedroom upstairs were not securely fastened to the wall. The host was communicative however, these and a few other frustrations would have been so simple to fix/maintain ahead of time.All in all, this was a nice place to stay for us and we were happy with the accommodations.

Perfect First Time Stay in Paris

My family of four loved every aspect of our stay. The location is very close to two metro stops, which made a perfect starting point for every place we visited during our stay. Communication was excellent and the property was spotless. It was very spacious and was more than enough for a family of four with two teenagers. Great experience and will stay here again when in Paris.

We used this lovely property as a base for our trip to Paris. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and could have held more. Loved the convenience to the subway which made exploration around the city simple! Would come back without hesitation.

Great Apartment

We had a tremendous time at this property. What makes it so special is that you get to experience French culture by being in a genuine neighborhood. The property is very secluded and quiet which offers a peaceful break from the crowds. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very responsive to our inquiries.

Great stay

The property was awesome, tucked away, between two apartment complexes. It was quiet, very helpful staff, and a garden in the center. Plenty of places.to.eat, and groceries nearby. It was kind of far from the Louvre/ Eiffel tower, but Ubers made them accessible. More travel savvy folks would have no problem getting to those spots by other means.

Lovely place to stay

We enjoyed this place in a garden. Beautiful and clean. We didn’t use kitchen but it seemed to be nicely equipped with everything. Close to metro! We walked to restaurants and bakery. I would stay here again! 👍

An absolute gem

Amazing space in the middle of a big city, truly an oasis to relax in after a long day of walking around Paris. The upstairs room is a loft that you ca. use to hang out with friends in and the courtyard garden is beautiful and has several very cute cats. 100% would recommend.
