Had a wonderful stay in Paris at this lovely apartment. It is perfectly located within easy walking distance to the Rue Cler, multiple Metro Stations and with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. We were lucky enough to be able to view the Bastille Day fireworks from the comfort of the balconies - but we enjoyed those balconies every other day as well! The apartment is spacious, the art work is beautiful and so much fun, the beds comfortable, and although it was quite hot the week we spent in Paris, we were able to get breeze through the apartment with open windows and quality fans. Eric was so helpful and easy to work with. Truly an exceptional stay. Many thanks!

Eric was amazing host. Gave us lots of information ahead of time to plan things out. Location is the perfect spot. We had a heat wave and Eric came to bring us fans without asking…the flat has everything you need. Kitchen was wonderful. The views are spectacular. Restaurants and grocery store are right around the corner.

Truly outstanding!
We had the most wonderful stay at Eric's apartment during our children's spring break. The flat was exactly as described, fully stocked, and suited our family of 6 (two adults, four children ages 4-11) perfectly. It was conveniently located, nearby the Eiffel Tower (with beautiful views of the tower), convenient to the metro, and many restaurants. Eric provided us with very helpful details about the flat and neighborhood, including several delicious restaurants/food shops, in advance. We would highly recommend his place, and would seek to stay here again during our next trio to Paris!

Great property in the 7th arrondissement
Lovely apartment with view of the Eiffel Tower. Everything was as described and pictured and we found the space comfortable. Beautiful artwork throughout. Close to restaurants, metro, etc.
