A 6-8 bed villa. The private beach in front of the house makes the holiday incredibly relaxing and pleasant.
The sea of Tropea is blue and crystalline, the beach is white sand and the houses that have access to the equipped beach are very few.
Here you will not have to take a car to go to the beach, you will not have to be supplied with a kit to go to the beach. Everything is ready just a few pleasant steps from the Villae. Your private beach for condominiums is already equipped. Discover the path or the paved road that takes you to the sea!
Enjoy the view from the terrace: you will see the Aeolian Islands, the Stromboli volcano while having your aperitif and you can enjoy the wonderful vegetation of the Hotel Porto Pirgos area.
THE house is inside the protected and reserved area of Bordila Park. The master bedroom with the en suite bathroom is the most romantic and relaxing one can dream of. It has a window overlooking the sea and the sound of the waves will lull you during your stay. There is a fresh water swimming pool overlooking the sea and the services of a hotel with a tower a few meters away (portopirgos). Your holiday will be characterized by the sea, lightness and health.
The beach has umbrellas and deck chairs and sun beds (an umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed). Lifeguard service and a bar for cocktails.
You can fill your eyes with landscape wonders, colorful vegetation and the infinite sea.

Tropea Vacation

The house is lovely but all open air. No air conditioning and unfortunately it was a very hot week. The view is lovely and Lucia provided some dining and shopping recommendations. We happened upon a wonderful restaurant in Parghelia called Spizziculia.

Paradise

This villa has spacious rooms and an amazing terrace. Very clean and the host was very responsive for recommendations for bars and restaurants; all of which were top. There is parking right out front and a very short drive to Tropea where there is also plenty of parking as the evening beach crowd dissipates. The beach here may be the best I’ve ever been to with an inviting pool. Perfect for a romantic getaway or a family excursion given the space. The people of Calabria were exceptionally nice and welcoming. We will be back!

Beautiful location, not a Top Luxury Villa, No pool

Villa is a five minute drive from Tropea. Views from the terrace are breathtaking! Beach is 200 meters down a steep hill. You'll find 2 hotel beach chairs + 1 umbrella our host has reserved. The pool never opened while we were there. The listing and photos gave us the impression that beach and pool were closer, not 200 meters away. The day before we arrived I asked our host info about the pool, she was very responsive to inquire with the hotel management about the pool and quick to give me the update the pool is closed. I would not have known the pool was closed. After, we arrived I spoke to the lifeguard, he told me it wouldn't be likely that the pool would open. That was very disappointing because we rented the villa with the main motivation of having a pool. The beach was beautiful, we drove down to the beach for my 75+ year old parents were unable to walk the steep hill. There is parking by the beach. One day as we arrived a large stream of raw sewage was on the road and going into the sea. I notified the lifeguard, who said we couldn't swim there. He told me this happens often. Inside the villa was clean. Needs many updates. Plenty of towels for bathing & beach. Kitchen w/ large fridge/freezer, some good pans. Toilet seats poor quality, fell off the hinges. Bed covers stained in twin bedroom. Listing wrong. No 4th bedroom! Overall, we feel that the listing was misleading. Great beach, but certainly not a "Top Luxury Villa With Pool" as advertised. Cannot recommend.

Man hat alles was man benötigt in dem Haus und noch mehr. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Strand und die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Für gemütliche Abende hat man eine große Terrasse. Es war sehr sxhön

Awful experience

The house was completely abandoned in terms of hygiene and care. Had it not been for the beautiful view, the disaster would have been greater. Wifi not available, internet signal virtually non-existent, bath towels old, hard and stained, broken toilet seat, electric kettle not working, terrible stove, there was only one blanket available and we had to go out to buy new ones (even though the value was refunded, this is unacceptable!), the house did not have four bedrooms as advertised, the sofas outside smelled of cat pee, the outside rubbish was not picked up during the almost twenty days we were there and the owner was not nice. All in all, a total disappointment! On the other hand, I must say that the person who cleans the house and who received us was always very friendly and helpful.

Emplacement magnifique ... avec potentiel!

Emplacement magnifique avec vue imprenable sur la mer et le Stromboli. Plage facile d'accès. La personne-ressource locale (Lisa) était très gentile et très serviable. Cette villa a le potentiel d'être une villa de luxe, mais ne l'est pas présentement. L'intérieur a grandement besoin d'être rafraichi. Une des 3 douches était non fonctionnelle et un siège de toilette fortement affaibli, a brisé lors de notre séjour. La literie et les serviettes étaient usées (reprisées) et tachées. Les abat-jours des lampes murales étaient partiellement brûlés et tachés. Les accessoires de cuisine insuffisants (p.ex., la cafetière de type moka Bialetti était rouillée, aucun couteau de cuisine, seulement 2 coupes à vin). Pour une villa de luxe, le mobilier était disparate et certains éléments étaient fortement usés et tachés. Il y a seulement 3 chambres, avec 2 lits d'appoint dans le salon où la télé est située. Contrairement à la description, il n'y avait aucun DVD. Lors de fortes pluies à la fin de notre séjour, de l'eau s'écoulait du plafond de l'une des chambres. Pour les futures clients, prendre note qu'il n'y a pas de Wifi et le réseau cellulaire est inexistant à la villa. Vous devrez vous déplacer le long de la route ou aller à l'hôtel Porto Pirgos à 10 minutes de marche pour utiliser leur Wifi.

Il tramonto sul mare

La villa dispone di spazi interni ed esterni comodi ed offre una vista sul mare favolosa. La spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca si raggiunge facilmente ed il mare è cristallino. La casa è ben attrezzata , il contesto in cui è situata è senz'altro piacevole ed elegante.
