The comforable, luxury vacation rental house in Paraty, Brazil is located in the national park "Serra da Bocaina" in the middle of the rain forest "Mata Atlantica" with his magic nature. The house offers a private and peaceful atmosphere. The welcoming house is near a small mountain river that offers bath opportunities and a wonderful and encredible panorama view (one of the most beauty in Paraty) to the surrounded mountains, the coast and the ocean.
You are invited to swim in our huge swimming-pool, enjoy the panoramo or just relax by drinking a cool tropical fruit juice or a caipirinha. A bar and a whirlpool is integrated part of the swimming pool.
The holiday house in Paraty offers plenty space with its 64 qm luxury living room and the integrated american citchen. Also the house is offering a separated 2. kitchen. The kitchens are fully equipped. Complete with full size refrigerator Side by Side with spending water and ice, a second big horizontal freezer ( which can be even used as a fride )dishwasher, toaster, microwave and fully stocked cabinets with dishes, cookware and utensils..

Not for families

Pros: beautiful view and pool, large living space. Cons: cleanness is not as pictures. Furniture and equipment are not in good condition. Although it says 7 rooms in the listing, one of the rooms is not within the living area. Sum: the property is suitable for young people who want a private large area but don't mind so much of the details of the conditions. It's not ideal for older people or children.

Casa maravilhosa

A casa é linda e no meio da mata. Se querem estar na natureza, o local é perfeito. Para chegar há 10 minutos por uma estrada de terra. As praias estão a pelo menos 15 minutos de carro. A comunicação com a administração do imóvel foi excelente, a Audrey sempre respondeu nossas questões e necessidades rapidamente. A piscina é maravilhosa e a casa conta com outras várias opções de lazer. Por causa da localização muita poeira entra na casa e é difícil mantê-la limpa. No geral gostamos muito da casa e recomendaria para grupos grandes.

Um paraíso!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, e ao vivo a vista consegue ser ainda mais impressionante. O imóvel é muito bem equipado e nada faltou durante a estadia. A Michelle e o Michel estiveram sempre de prontidão e foram perfeitos com o atendimento durante toda a estadia. O maior porém fica a respeito do acesso à propriedade, são 3km de estrada de terra em péssimas condições e 200m de uma subida bem íngreme e estreita, em dias chuvosos como o que pegamos tivemos problemas com dois dos 3 carros para fazer a subida. Isso é algo que deveria ser descrito com destaque no anúncio, uma vez que pessoas inexperientes ou carros menos potentes terão dificuldade no acesso ao local. Uma outra questão desagradável, é a grande quantidade de insetos devido a localização da casa em meio a mata, e como as esquadrias são em blindex, fica difícil isolar os insetos do lado de fora, repelente é indispensável. Porém este é um problema que seria facilmente resolvido com a instalação de telas anti insetos em todas as portas e janelas. Apesar de desagradáveis esses problemas são compensados pelas ótimas instalações e pela vista deslumbrante do local. Só acho que seria mais correto e honesto que essas coisas fossem citadas no anúncio para que as pessoas não sejam pegas de surpresa.

Casa luxuosa e linda, piscina espetacular. Exatamente como nas fotos. Ótima localização, uma vista linda para o mar e a serra. O interior da casa e a decoração são lindos. Camas confortáveis. Para se divertir tem mesa de sinuca, pebolim, balaço para adultos e crianças, mesa de ping pong e quadro de Badminton. Não tive problema algum. Proprietário super atenciosos, Super Recomendo! Espero voltar mais vezes!
