It's not what it seems

Stayed with my family at the Sunrise Bay Unit5 and my general comment is Don't Stay there as there are much better options .Although close to the beach it is also close to bars ,restaurants and large hotels which you will hear karaoke until 2am and the smell of cooking from various establishments.The condition of the property can be best described as tired and needs some urgent refurbishment.Fans in bedrooms didn't operate correctly,noxious odour from one of the toilets a washing machine way past it's use by date and general furniture that should be tossed out and replaced. There is little or no privacy from the neighbours and a could only work As accomodation for perhaps a younger group of people wanting to party all night and don't want to drive.On a positive note Aiva our contact person was courteous and professional but all in all a disappointing stay?
