The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, living room and dining area that opens up into pergola covered patio overlooking the pool and garden area. The fitted kitchen is modern, fully equipped and offers all modern appliances. The upper floor features two twin bedrooms, one with it’s own WC, a family bathroom and the large master bedroom which also offers a comfortable veranda and great sea views.

Protaras Holiday Villa Elena 3 is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just about 100m from the new scenic seafront walk way that joins Protaras and Pernera.

You can find restaurants, bars, pubs, pharmacies and all amenities within the walking distance. The central Protaras Strip and Sunrise Beach is only 10 minutes' walk away and Pernera Centre is only about 7 minutes' walk.
