Beautiful villa but few issues
Lovely villa with a good 10 minute walk to the beach and lovely local restaurant kalamaris. Villa very modern but few problems. Welcome basket poor 1 bottle of water , O.J and few sachets of sugar n coffee( no milk or bread) washing up liquid and sponge. No other cleaning products at all . Pool not filtering or lights not working. On inspection wasn’t even on. Husband had to inspect and switch on as main switch broken. Pool net broke and not usable . En-suite bathroom window broken will not open. Iron had 2 pin plug and hadn’t brought a plug although all other appliances and sockets throughout Are 3 pin. Hole/ burn on lounge settee. BBQ no rack to cook on. Rang to discuss issues. Pool guy attended but did nothing to repair faulty switch or net. When asked if water could be checked he said it’s clean and walked off. A throw was delivered to cover the hole on settee. First aid kit needs checking not refilled. No visits made during our stay to check water quality is Ben though it was stated twice a week checks. Asked if we could leave later than 11am check out and time agreed at 6pm but then wanted an extra 80E and failed to inform us we can stay till 4 pm at no extra cost . Only told me as I refused to pay and asked latest check out time for free. So to sum this property up . Lovely villa and modern however for the price and service we received we won’t book again.
