This place could use some renovation and update to make stay more comfortable but the staff is very nice and helpful and the place itself has some charms. We enjoyed the park. Beautiful place to visit.

Very cozy place for Geres where activities are mainly in the nature. I would definitely stay in this place again. Owner and staff was very helpful suggesting hiking activities in the nature.

Bang for the buck…

Great stay in the heart of Vila de Gerês. Close to everything and convenient to go around exploring. The personnel was very engaging and cooperative. Great deal fir a very reasonable price.

This was a great time of year to go to this hotel. There was almost no one at the hotel. The room needs better ventilation. The front desk person was ill and not able to speak English too well so there wasn't too much in the way of orientation. The breakfast could be strengthened with better coffee.

Just brilliant!

The staff was friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible time at the hotel. We had a small terrace with a view up on the mountain which was really nice and relaxing. The village the hotel is located in is a very nice a beautiful place. Breakfast and WiFi was free, though the WiFi didn't work in our room, the hotel has a nice lounge we used while needing the internet. Some of the staff could speak English which is always a good thing (and not often the case in Portugal it seems). Over all a brilliant hotel, very much recommended for anyone who wish to spend some time in Geres!

Debido a la humedad de la zona las habitaciones presentan un grado de humedad, especialmente en la cama pero nada que no sea llevadero. Las habitaciones muy amplias y el servicio del hotel muy bueno. Excelente relación calidad precio
