While our room was clean, and we paid a good price for our hotel room, this hotel was kind of disappointing. First of all, there were hints of cigarette smoke around the lobby area and the elevator had a funky smell. Secondly, the " continental breakfast" was extremely limited and was so skimpy it mines well not had been offered. It also was not getting refilled so there was no juice available whatsoever when we went down to grab our breakfast. A perk of the rooms is that they have pots, pans, cups, plates, and silverware in the room, but some looked like they weren't washed properly prior to our visit. While our room itself was clean and a good price, I probably would not stay here again if I had the choice between this and another hotel.

Very worst maintenance. They didn't even gave trash can, facial tissues. Not event basic things. For name sake only they had kitchen it's useless. OMG breakfast is scam, I never saw that type of breakfast setup. Too bad

If you're going to offer quarter operated washing machines/dryers, then please have coins available for exchange. When i asked for this, i was met with blank stares. After a long day of travel, I had to go find change. And no...I did not want ti download an app to pay for this as suggested by the sarcastic staff. Also...the sheet on my bed had a stain. GROSS! There was a used bar of soap left in the shower as well. The "continental" breakfast was a joke. Bagels wrapped in cellophane is just that. Who knows how long they had been wrapped. Lack of customer service severely lacking at this place.

Its only ‘dog friendl’ and not ‘Pet friendly’. Cats are not allowed. My cat stayed in the car that night. Rooms and hotel were fine. The owners have a policy of charging an additional $100 in case a guest damages something in room. Have to wait for them to inspect the room before they refund the $100.

Really nice facility, clean, spacious. Please know that breakfast is bagels, applesauce, English muffins - not a hot breakfast, fine with us. Also, they immediately process a $100 damage deposit on your charge card, not just a “hold” like other facilities do, which never hits your charge card. This means you have to watch and wait for the charge to be reversed.

Kitchenette was very useful. Nice clean and quiet room. Staff was fabulous!! Loved that I didn’t have to pay for parking like other hotels in the area.
